8 teams fight it out at the LCQ for the last NA spot at VALORANT Champions

As for Evil Geniuses, most of their achievements in Stage Two came from their cinderella run around groups, where they even won a match over Masters Reykjavík reigning champions OpTic. Outside of not making it as far into the playoffs as they would have expected, they still finished around the 5th/6th place tier with a more adaptive approach to their gameplay. Evil Geniuses fans hope for even more rapid improvement for the roster to show into this Last Chance Qualifier.

Both of these teams are desperate for the last North American spot after impressive comeback performances during Stage Two series.
The teams began the match on Icebox, a map where Evil Geniuses have definitely come to fruition in the last couple of matches. FaZe switched up their composition, putting babybay on Raze in hopes of helping him have more damage impact in the game. And though he may not have made big or flashy plays as he is accustomed to, the first half was still a one sided result.

Small but constant mistakes put a halt on Evil Geniuses in their defensive half, things like C0M accidentally nailing Reformed with a shock dart to kill his own teammate and Boostio being caught multiple times with his melee weapon out before attempting to peek at an angle. The half ended with FaZe on top with a 8 to 4 score line.

After this first half history repeated itself, it wasn’t the duelist mains making a direct impact via flashy or aggressive plays. In the next half, Reformed and Boostio came back from their underwhelming performance and became the stars for Evil Geniuses.
