With only 2 weeks remaining, the 2022 LLA Summer Split regular season is coming to an end and there are still a lot of questions that remain unanswered. Historically, this is the closest the LLA has ever been as there is only a 2-win difference between 1st and 6th place. Right now, we can only be sure of one thing, and it is that Globant Emerald is the only team that is going to miss the summer playoffs due to them having 9 losses in their books and only 1 win.
The rest of the competition is having a close fight for the higher playoffs seed. While Estral and Isurus are sitting at the top of the standings, both of them have dropped a fair amount of games against middle of the pack teams. Rainbow7 is only 1 win ahead of Infinity, Team Aze, and XTEN who are all holding a 5-5 record. All Knights are a bit of an outlier as they have a 4-6 record but they absolutely look like the weakest of all the 7 teams.
While the rest of the teams try to fight for a top-4 finish, Estral and Isurus will try to keep their dominance going. This week is going to be a tough challenge for all of the teams, so without further ado, let’s jump right into it!
Infinity (-118) vs All Knights (-114)
Infinity had a really rough start this split, but as the regular season has progressed, they have shown very notable improvements in their gameplay. They are no longer relying on having a slow-paced game and now are one of the strongest early-game oriented teams in the league. This is mostly due to Solidsnake stepping up considerably, he is constantly giving his laners some sort of advantage and that’s how they are able to get huge early leads before the 15th minute mark.
On the other hand, All Knights is looking worse week after week. And it’s not like they are playing worse, but the rest of the teams have been improving while they remain on the same level.
Their communication issues have become glaringly obvious, Alive and Baula look completely disconnected from the rest of the team and Leza is unable to show his true carry potential. Crash seems to be a pivotal condition for the Knights, but more often than not, he is in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Estral Esports (-143) vs Isurus (+105)

Whichever team wins this match will be considered the strongest team of the league heading into the playoffs. Right now, Isurus is the only team that has been able to win over every single team in the competition.
While Estral has managed to pick up very dominant wins over almost every single team, they still have to take down Rainbow7 in their rematch, which is occurring in the last week of the regular season.
The last time we saw these two teams face each other, Isurus ended up having a very clean game, securing a win over Estral. The biggest advantage Estral have over the rest of the teams is how proficient Shadow is at identifying good engages, but whenever their opponents find a way to avoid disadvantageous fights, Estral struggles during the mid game. Isurus demonstrated this with a strong front-to-back composition and knowing when to pick teamfights.
I don’t think that much has changed since then and I still see Isurus as the favorite team in this match, even though the lol odds go against them. The thing is that Estral will try their hardest to pick up this win as this is their most important match so far.
