Due to their better seeding in the competition, Shopify Rebellion was given an edge when it came to the map selection for the bo5 series, which resulted in two bans. Team Liquid chose Lotus and Sunset as their opening maps, while SR chose Haven and Breeze, with Ascent remaining as the decisive map.
There was a good reason that Shopify Rebellion was considered one of the favorites going into the competition. In their opening two matches of the competition, they only conceded 10 rounds. Even though G2 Gozen turned out to be a far more formidable rival, they managed to win and proceed directly from the Upper Bracket to the Grand Final. The path taken by Team Liquid was a little more difficult. At the commencement of the tournament, they played G2 Gozen and they went to the Lower Bracket after losing, one step short of elimination. But when it counted, the local fans delivered, overwhelming G2 in the rematch and winning through the lower bracket.
Both teams switched rounds during the first half, but Team Liquid had a 7-5 advantage at halftime. Shopify was first to reach the map point, but TL would go on to win the last round, forcing them into overtime. Shopify successfully won the following two rounds in a row, snatching the map with an ace from florescent.
Shopify Rebellion made the decision to go all out in the first half on Lotus, winning 8–4 after managing to take away the rounds. In terms of their own attack, Team Liquid recovered beginning with their buy round and found a comfortable rhythm. Shopify Rebellion used this time to consider their strategy for the rounds and ultimately secured the map with a close score of 13-11.
After a flawless 7-0 start, SR’s choice for map three, Breeze, saw them find a commanding 9-3 attacking half. Shopify Rebellion ended the map with a 13-5 score, one map short of winning the championship.

Shopify Rebellion decided to go on the attack side first on the fourth map, Sunset, but TL demonstrated their same level of domination on Sunset as they had on Breeze, winning the first half 10-2. Shopify Rebellion only won seven rounds overall, despite their best efforts to get back into the game in the defensive half. With a final score of 13-7, Team Liquid took the map and tied the series at 2-2.
Both teams started off strong, tying 6–6 in the first half of the series’ final map, Ascent. In the end, Shopify Rebellion defeated Liquid 13–6, winning the trophy and $180,000.
After a remarkable debut with 112 kills over the series, Ava “florescent” Eugene has been voted the MVP, impressively exceeding even the record set by 2023 VALORANT Champions MVP Max “Demon1” Mazanov with 101 kills in a bo5 3 months ago.
