Support Keria Resigns With T1 Amongst Rumors Of The Roster Breaking

T1 has officially announced that Keria has signed a multi year contract that will keep him with the team until 2026. He is the first player, aside from Faker, who is already signed through 2025, to secure his position for the next year. This news comes just before Keria heads off for mandatory military training. After that, he will rejoin T1 for the upcoming Red Bull League of Its Own event, which is a show match featuring some of the top teams in League of Legends under the Red Bull sponsorship.

There were a lot of doubts surrounding T1’s roster for next year, as the squad might be above the LCK’s salary cap. This forces them to either pay a massive fine, change the roster, or the players to take less salary directly. Nevertheless, with Keria resigning we might be able to see this incredible roster go for it again.
The voice behind the team
Keria joined T1 almost 4 years ago after spending 2 years with DRX where he was promoted after 1 season in their academy, and he quickly made a name for himself. Over the last 4 seasons, he has won 2 World Championships, an LCK title, a gold medal at the Asian Games, and the first ever Esports World Cup in Dubai. Last year, he was named Player of the Split and earned 2 LCK MVP awards.
