This is FlyQuest’s first competition in the Challengers Champions scene, but some of their players were part of last year’s roster under the Evil Geniuses GC brand. It was Xipto’s group, who were with Team SMG GC at the time, that surprisingly locked in 4 duelists and still managed to beat the EG team pretty easily. The match kicked off on Xipto’s chosen map, where both teams went for a double duelist setup. Even though FlyQuest won both pistol rounds, they could only secure 1 more round during their economy advantage, ending up down 9-3. In the second half, they only managed to win the second pistol round, leading to Xipto’s victory with a dominant 13-4 scoreline.
Although dodonut was making big plays during the bout, the rest of FlyQuest seemed less active compared to the strong teamwork shown by the Pacific representative. Tara, in particular, stood out by securing several important clutch situations across the entire map.

Going into Sunset, both teams were in a fierce competition, trading wins back and forth. They each secured 4 rounds in a row, leveling the scoreline at 6-6. But in the second half, Flyquest took control, winning 7 consecutive rounds to clinch the map with a 13-8 victory. Dodonut’s impressive performance, including two 4ks and an ACS of 378, played a key role in their success.
On Split, the battle continued with Flyquest taking the 1st round, but Xipto quickly gained momentum, winning 4 rounds in a row after they managed to get a full buy. The first half ended in a tie at 6-6, but Flyquest surged ahead to 9-3 with 3 more wins, dominating the pistols. Xipto, however, stepped up their defense, with Tara and shirazi making it tough for Flyquest to breach any site. Riding this wave of confidence, Xipto reached series point at a close 12-10, but Flyquest fought back to force overtime. In the end, Xipto managed to outsmart their opponents, reaching match point first and ultimately winning 15-13 to move forward in the upper bracket. Now all it’s left for them is to wait for their opponent, between Shopify and Falcons Vega.
