Bjergsen Recognizes 100 Thieves Struggles
The 2023 LCS Spring Splithas been difficult for 100 Thieves. They had a strong start to the split, but they fell apart in the middle and had a terrible five-match losing skid in the first round robin. Nonetheless, it appears that the squad has just started to fix its issues as they won a crucial match against Team Liquid.
After the victory over TL, Bjergsen spoke about the issues that 100 Thieves has recently been experiencing. “It’s not too fun, we’ve lost like five straight games“, he said. He claimed that several other things went wrong with 100 Thieves, contributing to this losing streak. “We had trouble in many different facets of the game”, he added. “In certain games, like against EG, we had a really poor opening period where we were falling to ganks in very clear ways.”
Bjergsen acknowledges that the team’s failure to win was due to a combination of “individual and team” deficiencies. Going forward in the Spring Split, 100 Thieves still has a lot of things to improve on.
Bjergsen however maintained optimism and assured the crowd of improved performances in upcoming games. “We haven’t been playing very well, but we are conscious of the situation and are making every effort to improve,” the player stated. “I remain very confident in this team. We’re gradually figuring things out week by week.
Zven Is Carrying Cloud9 As A Support

Meanwhile, throughout the course of the last six years that he has competed in the Los Angeles competition, Zven has surpassed 200 career victories in the LCS. Since making the exhausting journey across the Atlantic to join TSM before the 2018 season, the 25-year-old veteran has experienced a roller-coaster of a time in NA.
After six years, Zven found a permanent home with C9 and went on to win three LCS titles. Once the guys in blue identified Berserker as the new region’s superstar marksman in 2022, he found a new career as a support alongside one of the league’s top players.
His previous expertise as an AD carry aided in his transition into his new position, and he can now assist in leading his amazing bottom lane teammate to further heights. Although Berserker is already widely regarded as the best player in his position this year, Zven’s guidance undoubtedly had an impact on his development as he taught him how to compete with some of the finest players in the world.
For instance, Zven has the most assists this year, while Berserker has the greatest KDA in the league. They are by far the best bottom lane team in the league since they complement each other’s excellent performance and wise decisions.

100 Thieves vs Cloud9 Picks and Prediction
Zven and Berserker are the main reason why C9 can be so dangerous, since the team not only has some of the best players in the league in all positions, but they also have the ultimate carry-support combo that can drive them to victory in any circumstance.
Even though 100 Thieves has a lot of potential left to be unleashed, they don’t seem good enough just yet to take on a team as aggressive as Cloud9. I expect the Thieves to be able to hold their ground during the first few minutes of the game, but C9 should be able to roll over them once the mid-game arrives.
