Great season but awful recent stretch

Alliance is currently sitting at 76th place in the world rankings and has been going through a tough time lately, with a win rate of just 25% over the past few weeks. However, their performance over the last six months has been a bit better, showing a win rate of 54%, even with the recent losses.

Their latest matches have shown a string of defeats, including a 0-2 loss to NXT and a narrow 1-2 defeat against Passion UA. On a brighter note, they did manage to win against Next Level in the Glitched Masters 2025. Alliance’s current form shows some ups and downs, but they have demonstrated strength in earlier tournaments.

As for the map veto process, it’s expected that Alliance will start by banning Mirage, a map they haven’t won on for quite some time. Besides that, they are likely to choose Inferno, where they have a 59% win rate since February.

Chance to make a statement

CPH Wolves are currently sitting at 107th place in the world rankings. Lately, they’ve shown some improvement, boasting a 63% win rate over the last month. However, they haven’t been able to string together consecutive wins, as evidenced by their recent games, which featured a 1-2 defeat against BakS Esports and a 2-0 win over Misa Esports.

Their latest showing in the Galaxy Battle 2025, where they secured second place, highlights their ability to compete with higher-ranked teams. A key factor in their recent achievements has been their new veto strategy. CPH Wolves consistently ban Train, while they typically choose Ancient, which has a 59% win rate. Finally, this setup leaves Nuke as a potential decider for both teams if the series goes the distance.

Both sides have been trying their best to catch decent winnings during the last couple of months. However, what is most interesting, is how each organization comes into the deciding Group C series. Alliance (odds to win 1.65) has performed well all year but comes in with a 1-4 record in this event, while CPH Wolves (odds to win 2.13) stands tall with a 3-2 statline of their own.
