1. Viktor Hovland to Miss the Cut (+160)

A good way to boost your U.S. Open bets is by including Viktor Hovland to miss the cut at +160.

Bettors get good odds for the Norwegian golfer to sit out the weekend, and I’m backing him because of his accuracy off the tee. He often struggles to find fairways, especially under pressure, and he’s not currently playing his best golf.

I understand his ability and we have backed him to win many times, but on this occasion, I can’t turn down the odds. Include him in golf picks, and the odds will boost parlay payouts significantly.

2. Jon Rahm Top 20 (-165)

The Spaniard showed at the PGA Championship that he’s still one of the world’s best players, and although he finished the tournament with a sizable choke, he still played well.

His final few holes were disastrous, but he was close to putting pressure on Scottie Scheffler, and they were tied at one stage during the final round. Therefore, we expect Jon Rahm to bounce back with a good showing at Oakmont.

U.S Open betting odds have him at -165 to post a top-20 finish, which is a respectable price. The LIV players should have a good showing, including Rahm.

3. Big 4 (+120) vs The Field

Give me Scottie Scheffler, Bryson DeChambeau, Rory McIlroy and Xander Schauffele over the rest of the field.

My U.S Open picks have DeChambeau and Schauffele winning the tournament, so it makes sense to back the Big 4 this week. Having the security of Scheffler and McIlroy is ideal, and getting +120 is a good price with golf betting picks.

Bettors get those odds because they are only four players in a massive field of golfers, but you get the best players in the world. I would have loved Rahm in the mix, but it could be a showdown between the Big 4 on Sunday.

I can’t see an upset happening at Oakmont, so back the favorites to get it done.

4. Hole-in-One – No (-190)

My U.S. Open picks include no hole-in-one to be scored. Making an ace at Oakmont should be difficult, especially with the length of the par 3s.

The course superintendents made the course longer in 2025, and with the current pin placements, getting a hole-in-one could be near on impossible.

Amazing things can happen on the golf course, but I can’t see a golfer scoring an ace this week. The par 3s are likely to play over par, so they’ll be trying to hit the center of the green.
