Can I buy as many squares as possible?
Players can buy an unlimited number of squares per grid.
Can I play squares on Mobile?
While the squares are not supported on our mobile platform yet, you can go to the mobile site and select full site at the bottom of the page. The main site will then open and player must select contests, then Football & Basketball squares then select the matchup and Dollar amount you would like.
Where is my square? The game started and it’s gone?
Once a game has started, the square will move to the end of the list and will be visible for 24 hours.
How can I view my squares?
To view your square please choose the game with the selected dollar amount. Then simply click on the drop down arrow and the grid number to find your squares. Your name will be highlighted in blue.
I bought a square for a game but I don’t see my numbers
After all squares within a grid are sold, the numbers are randomly generated to determine the value of each square.
I don’t like the numbers I was given I want my money back
Once purchased, a square cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How are prizes determined?
Prizes for sporting events with four quarters are split as follows: 1st Quarter – 12.5%, Half-time – 25%, 3rd Quarter – 12.5%, End of Game – 50%. 10% of this total will be deducted by the house. Prizes for sporting events with two halves are split as follows: 1st Half – 33.33%, Full Game – 66.33%. 10% of this total will be deducted by the house.
Why was my square refunded?
At least 35% of the grid must be purchased for the grid to have action. If 35% of the grid is not purchased, all buy-ins will be refunded.
There was no winner for final quarter / Half?
In sporting events with four quarters in case there are no winners on the 1st Quarter, the prize money will be added to the 1st Half prize. If there is no winner for the 1st Half, the prize money will be added (and any accumulated prize money) to the 3rd Quarter prize. If there is no winner for the 3rd Quarter, the prize money will be added (and any accumulated prize money) to the End of Game prize. If there is no winner for the End Of Game, that prize (and any accumulated prize money) will be refunded equally into accounts minus the 10% rake.
The score for 2nd / 3rd / 4th quarter was 7 to 0. I have those numbers why didn’t I win?
Players whose square numbers match the last digit of the score of each team at the end of each quarter are the winners. The number is based on the game total of the teams not just on that specific quarter.
My game went to overtime
Should any game go to overtime it will be included into the final score for the full game. Not the final quarter/Half of regulation.
Do winnings have a rollover?
Prizes are paid out in real money to winners’ BetUS account balance. Prizes do not have a rollover, however any existing rollover must be met before a withdrawal can be requested.
