Eight quality Thoroughbreds line up in Friday’s She’s All In Stakes where Marion Francis looks to secure her first stakes win.
It’s always a competitive race on the Springboard Mile undercard and some of the fillies could head to the Kentucky Oaks next year.
Betting online odds have framed an even market for the She’s All In Stakes, so bettors should expect a close finish.
Stakes Win Awaits Marion
Marion Francis is a 3-year-old filly who has earned connections over $200,000, but she has yet to win a stakes race.
The Brad Cox-trained daughter of Constitution owns two wins and six placings from nine starts, so she has been extremely consistent.
She comes off a win at Keeneland and although beaten in three attempts at stakes level, she hasn’t been far away.
Her first stakes attempt came in the Grade III Indiana Oaks when running fourth behind Soothsay. She then placed in the Cathryn Sophia Stakes and Plum Pretty Stakes at Parx, so the form checks out.
Cox is the leading money earner for the season and he’ll be keen to get Kentucky Oaks hopeful Marion Francis some black type.
She is still a growing filly and we expect the sportsbook to have her at each-way odds for the She’s All In Stakes.
Casual Demands Attention
Another runner that should be firm in horse racing betting markets is Casual, who has a wealth of experience.
The Steve Asmussen-trained filly is having her 15th start and she owns three wins and seven placings. She has contested the Grade I Ballerina Stakes when running seventh behind Gamine, which was an awfully tough race.
She shouldn’t have lost any admirers following that effort and her last two starts have resulted in placings. Casual finished second in the Flashy Lady Stakes before running second in the Zia Park Distaff last start.
Much like Marion Francis, Casual has yet to win at stakes level. However, she has been knocking on the door of a stakes win with six placings.
She finished fourth in this race last season, so the experience should do her a world of good.
We wouldn’t have a bet on the She’s All In Stakes without including Casual.
Paige Anne Should Go Close
It could be easy to overlook the chances of Paige Anne, but she has quality form.
Her best performance came when running third behind Shedaresthedevil in the Grade I Clement Hirsch Stakes at Del Mar. That was an incredible effort behind a top-class mare, so she demands attention.

She followed it up with placings in the Tranquility Lake Stakes and Dark Mirage, so she is getting close to her best form.
Despite not winning a race since scoring her maiden victory in 2019, we are in the Paige Anne camp. The daughter of Take Charge Indy has form behind some of the best going around.
Bettors should get value odds on race day for the She’s All In Stakes.
