Kai Cenat Retires Before LeBron
This man has taken unseriousness to a professional level, and honestly, I admire it…
In today’s episode of “Why is Kai Cenat like this?” the famous YouTuber has officially retired from the Little Ballers Association (LBA) you know, the fictional basketball league he created last week.
Yes, last week. Not only did he form an entire league for children, but his team of tiny humans, the New York Skyscrapers, also won the LBA Championship last night. Naturally, after such an overwhelming accomplishment, Kai decided the time was right to retire from his illustrious career in children’s sports.

The biggest accomplishment here I would say is Kai managed to retire before LeBron James could.
The Most Unserious Man on YouTube
This man has taken unseriousness to a professional level, and honestly, I admire it. He’s out here playing ball with a bunch of kids like it’s Game 7 of the NBA Finals. I mean, he even sprained his knee, and the internet was in on the joke, reporting like this was a real sports injury.
Not my usual beat, but….
LBA (Little Basketball Association) News.
Sources say New York City Sky guard/retired streamer @KaiCenat left the arena with a right knee sprain after Monday nights game. He’ll likely be ready for the Finals tonight, but it’ll be a game-time decision.… pic.twitter.com/meZH8jw5Cn

And of course, after securing the LBA Championship, what does Kai do? He recreates Kobe Bryant’s iconic photo, sitting with the trophy, soaking in his victory. Kobe had the Larry O’Brien, Kai’s got…a kids’ league title. This whole thing has been executed so well that I’m honestly not sure which title is more impressive.

Celebrity News: Kai’s ‘Retirement’—Because Why Not?
So, after four games of playing with kids, Kai called it quits. I guess after securing the LBA Championship, there was nothing left to prove? The league even decided to retire his jersey (Kai decided). Like, this man is actually walking away like he just had a Hall of Fame career.

But hey, Kai’s got the cash. With the Kai Cenat net worth, he can probably do whatever he wants—like start a new league next week or retire from streaming for the 15th time. I have a feeling though that whoever he decides to start a league with next, he will still have a strategic height advantage against. Because, you know, the Kai Cenat Height isn’t exactly helpful.
Kai somehow manages to blend NBA games level drama into kids’ sports and make us all watch like it’s real. I don’t know what he’s planning next, but if it involves more unseriousness and fewer rules, I’m all in, and I hope it hits celebrity news soon.
