Selena Gomez’s New Album Expose Hot Romance With Benny Blanco

This Album Isn’t Just Horny—It’s Healing (With a Side of Justin Bieber Shade)

You Know What? Yee Haw

It’s sentimental. It’s NSFW. It’s Gomez completely unhinged…

Selena Gomez is making entertainment news headlines by laying it all out there on her new album I Said I Love You First, and holy hell—she did not come to play. It’s not a Selena Gomez boyfriend album; it’s a horny, hypnotic masterpiece.

This isn’t your quiet little rain-soaked heartbreak record. No, this is Selena baring it all (sometimes literally) and dragging us through the highs, the lows, and the uncomfortably steamy details of her very real—and apparently very hot—relationship with Benny Blanco.

Is This Her Most Explicit Track Ever?

From the second she whispers her way into Young and Hotter Than Me (hi Justin), it’s clear this record isn’t just a rebrand or a vapid addressing of celebrity rumors—it’s a confessional booth lit by neon and soaked in sweat. But the real show starts when we get to Cowboy, a lusty little rodeo where Selena moans, “Put your hands on me / Ride it like a cowboy.”

GIRL. You good?? Actually, don’t answer that—we know the answer, and it’s “no, because Benny has me feral and hydrated.” And what did I say before, guys? A man like Benny Blanco gives major pleaser energy… and our girl sounds very pleased. The song is humid. The air gets thicker just listening to it. We get it, girl, you married him for a reason.

Then there’s Ojos Tristes, a hypnotic, mostly Spanish slow-burn about a final rendezvous with a past lover (again, Justin? We see you hiding behind those sad-boy shades). It’s the kind of track that belongs in the background of a dimly lit telenovela kiss scene, where someone’s definitely cheating and someone’s definitely crying. Truly a masterpiece and my favorite track on the album. Maria Zardoya of The Marías lends her vocals, and they’re nothing short of perfect.

The title track, I Said I Love You First, is a misdirect—it’s not a messy ballad; it’s a tender spoken-word moment. A time capsule, actually. Selena reportedly gave the speech at the Wizards of Waverly Place wrap party, and here she resurrects it as a love letter to her younger self and the people who raised her. It’s soft. It’s nostalgic. It makes the sexy parts hit harder.

NSFW Confessions & Pure Fire!

This album is spectacular, people. I’m not even a huge follower of Selena Gomez’s songs, but this album tapped into that nostalgic “Lana Del Rey just released a new song on Tumblr” era, and we’re obsessed. It’s sentimental. It’s NSFW. It’s Gomez completely unhinged—and frankly, we’re already counting her Grammys, lighting candles, and playing it on loop.

Benny Blanco and Selena Gomez, well done.
