Well, here we are. After weeks of Grant making selections like he’s drafting a fantasy team, we’ve somehow made it to the finale.
If you’ve been betting on entertainment this season (or just gambling with your own sanity by watching), you already know this finale is gonna be a disaster. Bad decisions will be made. Someone will cry. Celebrity rumors will blossom. And at least one person will walk away wondering why they didn’t just stay home.

Before we get into predictions, let’s talk about BetUS betting odds for season 29 winner, and where we’re at right before the finale. BetUS has Juliana Pasquarosa as the favorite at -130, while Litia Garr is close behind at -110. Basically, the sportsbooks are just as confused as Grant is. If you’re the type of person who enjoys a little extra thrill with your reality TV, this is your moment.
Pre-Finale Drama: A Necessary List
1. Grant’s “Wife Scale” – He’s not choosing a person so much as filling a position. The qualifications? “Must be Adventurous” but also willing to pivot seamlessly into domesticity. Actual compatibility? Not his problem. He saw Zoe with her family and decided, Mhm, that’s a wife. Not his wife, necessarily. Just… a wife.
2. Zoe’s Silent Yoga Nightmare – Imagine making it to Fantasy Suites and getting rewarded with forced silence. Grant and Zoe sat there, communicating telepathically (or, more realistically, not at all), and the most romantic thing that happened was him guessing her favorite color and getting it wrong. Needless to say, we’re not seeing her in the upcoming finale, Grant gave her the boot.

3. Litia’s Ultimatum (Kind Of?) – She said “no sex,” she said “no physical intimacy,” and you could physically see Grant processing that sentiment like some sort of foreign concept. The man spent all season ranking women like stock options, and now he’s realizing he actually has to make a decision—a slow, painful realization.

4. Juliana’s Quiet Confidence – Juliana woke up unbothered. Like, the girl is relaxed. Suspiciously so. She’s so relaxed post-Fantasy Suite that it’s making me a little crazy. What did Grant tell her? Does she already have this in the bag? Why did she look into the void like that?

So, Who Wins?
If you’re asking me, Grant is going to pick Litia. The edit is practically screaming “conflicted winner,” and if there’s anything The Bachelor loves, it’s an ending that’s supposed to feel heartwarming but instead makes you wonder if the lead needs intensive therapy. Grant has been spiraling about his feelings all week, and what better way to end the season than with a shaky proposal and a couple of vague promises about the future?
