This Beef Is Made of Processed Clout 🔁
Shaq, please do it. I can’t wait to sue. – Adin Ross
Shaq and Adin Ross being in a feud is so unserious it physically hurts. Like, I genuinely don’t know if I’m supposed to be entertained or embarrassed.
We all saw the M&M video. Adin slaps Shaq’s snacks, Shaq stares him down like he’s about to end him, and the internet explodes. Then Adin gets on stream and is like, “That was all Shaq’s idea. He told me, ‘Watch, you about to go viral.’” Like okay. Congrats on the viral moment, Adin.

So that happened. But now, here we are at UFC 314, a totally normal setting for mature adults (yes, a little questionable), and Shaq is back on his villain arc. Staring Adin down from across the room, doing the lil’ finger-across-the-throat “you’re dead” thing, and looking like he’s about to RKO Adin.

Meanwhile, Adin is on Instagram like “@shaq please do it. I can’t wait to sue.” Okay…

Is This Normal Behavior?
At this point, I feel like I’m being gaslit by celebrity news. Nothing about this feels real. I know Shaq can be a cornball, but he usually doesn’t jump into other people’s cornball shenanigans. That’s what’s throwing me off. The man has Shaquille O’Neal stats. He’s a Hall of Famer. He doesn’t need to be caught up in streamer drama unless he’s getting a brand deal out of it.
Adin Ross has a net worth of 24 Million
Shaq has a net worth of 500 Million

Which is why I’m fully expecting this to end with a surprise Shaq x Adin stream collab or an announcement that they’re dropping something that’s got dollar signs in Shaq’s eyes.
Anyway. The Shaq and Adin Ross beef continues. Or not. At this point, celebrity rumors are just still trying to figure out what the hell is going on. Like is all this fake beef really centered around M&M’s? Maybe this is all sponsored by M&M’s themselves, which would at least make this whole thing be sort of reasonable.
Also, not to derail, but the UFC 314 main card results gave us another moment, too. Volkanovski reclaimed his featherweight belt in the main event, Pimblett dropped Chandler in the co-main, and honestly, the whole night had main character syndrome.
Wake me up when someone actually swings (I really hope they don’t, though).
