Putting His Doppelgangers to Work 👯♂️
I’m having to be SNL host and musical guest in the same week, which is a lot of work… – Timothée Chalamet
Look-alike contests have been all the rage in entertainment news lately, and if you remember, Timothée Chalamet famously crashed his own look-alike contest in New York City. Well, now he’s bringing his posse of doppelgangers to SNL this weekend.
In a promo skit released by Saturday Night Live, Chalamet announces he’ll not only be hosting but also taking on musical guest duties. That’s right—a musical performer who isn’t a professional musician! This will be the first time we’ve seen something like this in 30 years, since Deion Sanders graced us with Must Be the Money back in 1995.
“I’ve never done this before, you know. I’m having to be SNL host and musical guest in the same week, which is a lot of work,” Timothée says in the promo. “And I want to focus on the songs, which is why I brought in some… help… to cover all the hosting duties.”

The “help” he’s referring to? Four different look-alikes dressed as iconic versions of Timmy: Wonka Timmy, Timmy at the Paris premiere of A Complete Unknown (pink skinny scarf included), everyday Timmy, and, of course, Bob Dylan Timmy.
Timmy Is an ‘SNL’ Veteran
This isn’t Timothée’s first rodeo on SNL. His upcoming appearance marks his third time on the show, and honestly, who could forget Timothée alongside Pete Davidson, rapping “Yeet Skrt” in a white tank and gold chains? That will always be both iconic and hilarious.
Apart from his latest gig hosting SNL, Timmy’s been slowly going more public with his girlfriend. Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet were recently spotted on a date night in Paris, looking more in love than ever. Who knows? Maybe she’ll be there supporting her man on Saturday Night Live? Only time will tell!

Whatever the case, watching Timmy vibe with the SNL cast members is always a treat, and let’s be real—we’re all dying to hear that Bob Dylan impression live. But if SNL doesn’t satisfy your Timothée craving, don’t worry! A Complete Unknown is currently on the big screen. If you’re into movies with Timothée Chalamet you definitely won’t want to miss this one.
