‘The Notorious’ to The Rescue 🥊

“This little weasel [Jake Paul] has been running his gums for years. It’s time somebody shut that little mouth of his…” -McGregor

The announcement of Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson sent shockwaves through boxing news, but the first-ever Netflix-hosted event slated to take place on July 20 has received a change of opponent out of nowhere.

Tyson’s management announced his withdrawal from the event early this morning, and despite the former world heavyweight champions’ fearless streak during the eighties and nineties, it would seem “Iron” Mike isn’t holding the same confidence he once did.

It’s with great disappointment that we announce Mike hasn’t reached an optimal level during his training sessions thus far. In conjunction with doctors’ warnings that a 57-year-old former boxer shouldn’t be anywhere near a ring, as a team, we’ve decided it’s best to withdraw from the contest,” Tyson’s team commented.

With 50 wins, 6 losses, 2 no-contests, and 44 knockouts, Mike Tyson’s record is one of legend. While die-hard fans will undoubtedly be disappointed, one source close to the man himself revealed how the confidence levels just aren’t the same as they once were:

Mike is and always will be, a fighter. However, Jake Paul’s stopping power is no joke, and everybody in his camp was concerned about how ‘The Problem Child’ could cause him serious long-term damage.

Conor McGregor Has Arrived to Silence Jake Paul

Like a wildfire, boxing rumors wasted little time speculating about a potential replacement for Paul. However, nobody, and I mean “absolutely nobody,” expected the star of Road House and the former two-division UFC champion, Conor McGregor, to step in.

McGregor has publicly expressed his anger with the UFC recently, and it looks like the biggest promotion in mixed martial arts has dropped the ball by not giving Conor a fight.

Alleged comments from “Notorious” have circulated social media since the announcement, as he allegedly said: “It’s not about the money, no f*ck that. This little weasel [Jake Paul] has been running his gums for years. It’s time somebody shut that little mouth of his, and who better than the Mac-Daddy.?

The Irish superstar hasn’t been shy to let us know he’s a billionaire, and while we cannot confirm Conor McGregor’s net worth, we know he’s up there. How much did Conor McGregor make from “Road House? Enough not to be stepping in for Tyson because of the money.

Yeah Right…

Don’t trust anybody on the first day of the four months, and if you haven’t already guessed, I’m vouching for a career as a fiction writer.

If you believed McGregor would seriously fight Paul or Tyson would be scared of anybody, you deserve this April fools.

You be the judge:
