Talk about lucky charms! Oscar Piastri was meeting fans in Budapest before the Hungarian GP when one super enthusiastic fan gave him some cash after a pic together. This crazy kind gesture went viral online, and maybe it brought Piastri some extra good luck! Piastri, known for being cool and collected (and funny!), just took it all in stride. Who knows, maybe that fan will be his good luck charm for future races, too!

Piastri wasn’t exactly a rookie when it came to almost-wins. He snagged a second-place finish in Austria and came in fourth at Silverstone – close, but no cigar! Despite these near misses, he never gave up on his dream of winning. In fact, at a press conference with F1 news media before the race, Piastri said his racing strategy was the same as always. “Same approach as before, that’s what’s been working well,” he said. Looks like that strategy, plus a little luck, finally paid off in Hungary!

McLaren’s Growing Strength
Watch out, Red Bull! McLaren has been on fire lately, and they’re not messing around anymore. They’re finally a real threat to take the top spot, thanks to awesome performances from Piastri and his teammate Norris. All that hard work by the McLaren crew is paying off in a big way – they’re back in the game and stronger than ever!
However, F1 rumors have reported that tension between the two drivers is high due to the strategic decision made by the team. F1 expert and former world champion, Nico Rosberg says McLaren has some homework to do! Even though they’re doing amazing with Piastri and Norris leading the pack, they’re still new to this whole “being on top of Formula One standings” thing. Rosberg says McLaren needs to figure out how to manage both drivers effectively – that way, everyone wins!
