Ant Was Fined (No Matter When You Read This)
If NBA games keep trending in this direction, Edwards may need to start downsizing…
The middle finger can be quite expensive, at least according to the latest NBA news. Our favorite Ant-Man just got hit with a $50,000 fine for flicking off one of the officials after the Timberwolves vs. Grizzlies.
Yes! This is Ant’s 5th fine this season, for a total of $285K https://t.co/Pw91jh7HSb

Like I always say, $50K well spent. Okay, maybe not, but Anthony Edwards is developing a bit of a reputation. Like that friend who always leaves you on read. Or the other friend who never has their wallet when the bill comes.
Anyways, Edwards’ potty mouth (or finger?) has now cost him $285,000 and the season is not even at the halfway mark. If NBA games keep trending in this direction, Edwards may need to start downsizing.

Things Anthony Edwards Could Have Purchased for $285K
So, I took to the Google machine to see what Edwards could have purchased if he was not out here choosing violence with the officials.
I found us some solid houses in places like Portland, Boca Raton, Indianapolis, Charlotte, and yes, even Chicago.

Okay, houses are cool, but have you ever had $47,500 chicken nugz from Wendy’s? Well, Ant Man could have had that instead.
Running out of ideas, I turned to my other friend Chat GPT for some suggestions for other ideas on money better spent than mailing checks to The Association.

Okay, What About a Trip Around the World?
Apparently, Edwards could have had multiple luxury vehicles like a Porsche Macan or Mercedes-Benz S-Class. He could also have purchased a used Lambo or Ferrari.
The bot always told me Edwards could have had “a year-long journey to multiple countries.”
Other items on the list included high-end jewelry, art, investing in the stock market, an RV, or a state-of-the-art home theater room.
At the very least, that’s a lot of Uber Eats Ant-Man could have had on road trips instead.
The Anthony Edwards stats that may be the most surprising are the fines the NBA superstar is accumulating.
Anthony Edwards says his recent fine was a ‘dumb mistake:
“I made a careless young, dumb mistake shooting birds. I got fans that’s little kids, and I got parents that’s looking at me, knowing their kid is a fan of me, looking at me like what type of, how can I say, role model… pic.twitter.com/m5IzHaHfRN

So yeah, totally worth it, Anthony.
On the court, the Timberwolves also have some work to do to catch some of the other NBA contenders. Our BetUS Sportsbook has the Timberwolves listed at +3500 in the NBA odds to win the championship. The T-Wolves are also a 6-point underdog versus the Warriors in today’s marquee matchup.
