Entertainment news just dropped, and San Francisco 49ers wide receiver ace Deebo Samuel is making headlines by introducing his new podcast on Bleacher Report’s ever-expanding roster of jock-oriented gabfests.

If you want to take a break from watching NFL scores and the action on the field, then you might want to give Deebo Samuel’s new podcast, Cleats and Convos, a look. The First Team All-Pro in 2021 and the top target in Brock Purdy’s progression reads will have an opportunity to host his own show and bring fans a peek behind the curtain of the lives of the players they root for and against on the gridiron.

“I can’t wait to give fans a true glimpse into the lives of their favoriteplaymaking wideouts, premiere athletes, and artists who share the same mentality and the real conversations we share with each other about football and life,” Samuel said. “B/R is the perfect platform to host the show, and I’m excited to join their team of athletes doing new things in the social space.”
Deebo Samuel’s stats reveal he is one of the most dangerous downfield threats in the game, and after playing in 66 NFL games over five full seasons, he’s earned his stripes and has plenty of tales to tell. Although this year’s NFL schedule has just begun, Samuel will be seen every Tuesday for 16 weeks with his co-host, Liv Moods.
Welcome to the Club
The podcast is the latest in a line of pro-jock podcasts, but Samuel’s infectious personality is expected to set it apart from the rest. Celebrity Rumors insist that well-known names in other industries may also join Samuel, but the only way to find out is to tune in.
Dallas Cowboys defensive wizard and 3x Pro Bowler Micah Parsons is President of Bleacher Report Gridiron and is in the second season of hosting his own podcast, The Edge. Cleats and Convos is the first new podcast under his helmsmanship.

The 49ers have thrived since selecting Samuel in the second round of the 2019 NFL draft, having gone to the playoffs four times, winning three NFC West titles, and two conference championships. However, a Super Bowl has eluded them, but 2024 could be the year that changes all that, and Deebo Samuel will tell us all about it.
