Could you imagine spending $50,000 on a Super Bowl ticket just to watch your team lose?
If you were hoping to get Super Bowl tickets this year, you better have steep pockets. The matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles is already getting a lot of hype but it’s going to cost to attend live.
According to NFL news from USA Today, the cheapest ticket they found was on StubHub for $5,346. The numbers are going to fluctuate a lot in the coming days and weeks but it’s probably going to be impossible to get tickets for less than $5,000 for the 2025 Super Bowl. On Ticketmaster, you’re going to be hard-pressed to find anything less than $7,000 for a ticket.

Now, if you’re loaded with cash, you may be more interested in the most expensive tickets. For the seats closest to the Eagles sideline, you’re looking at over $56,000 on StubHub. On Ticketmaster, there are sideline seats that are going for $64,000.
You have to really love the Eagles or Chiefs to consider paying that much money just to potentially watch your team lose.
Are These Tickets Worth The Price?
I’d imagine that going to a Super Bowl and watching your team win is one of the best feelings ever. However, I’d have a hard time justifying paying more than like $2,000 for any single game. As I noted earlier, there’s a 100% chance that half of the fans there are going to be disappointed with the outcome.
Could you imagine spending $50,000 on a Super Bowl ticket just to watch your team lose? I’ve spent $500 just to watch my team lose and I’m still mad about it. If you’re still thinking about paying big money to get tickets, you might want to know when is the Super Bowl. You have until Feb. 9 to make a decision.

It’s unfortunate that Super Bowl tickets are getting this expensive. It makes it really difficult for the regular fans to be able to go and support their team. It just becomes a big celebrity fest. Here’s hoping that a good number of real fans are able to get to the game.
