He Must Be On Something…
I’m thinking about having a Friday night 5E experience… – Aaron Rodgers
Once upon a time, Aaron Rodgers was an annual NFL MVP candidate, and fans just argued about his merit on the field and questioned if he was the best quarterback we’ve ever seen. I never bought into that hype, but I do miss the days when the NFL news was just about completions and touchdowns for Rodgers instead of conspiracy theories and narcissism.
Rodgers was stranger than usual on his latest appearance on Pat McAfee’s show when he talked about drones flying around his New Jersey home and that he might try contacting aliens.
Aaron Rodgers will use Steven Greer’s CE5 protocols to try and communicate with the New Jersey drones!

“I’m thinking about having a Friday night 5E experience. It’s where you have a big kind of meditation circle, and then you call in the aliens, and you use little green lasers to bring them in,” said Rodgers as McAfee pretended to be intrigued and A.J. Hawk tried not to laugh.
This is not the first or second time Rodgers talked about UFOs either.
Aaron Rodgers and Joe Rogan talk UFOs, reverse engineering programs, the impact of UFO Disclosure on religion, and inter-dimensional Biblical beings.

But fans are not buying this one.
Having to listen to Aaron Rodgers discuss politicians and aliens on Pat McAfee just because there’s a slim chance the WVU coaching news drops on air is a pretty undesirable way to spend my Tuesday afternoon.

If most athletes said this, you’d brush it off as a joke. But Rodgers wasn’t joking as he cited a 2020 documentary from Steven Greer, a UFO expert. I looked up the documentary, and to no surprise, it has been slammed as “fantasy propaganda” and a “conspiracy documentary” with The Hollywood Reporter describing it as “far too impassioned in its nuttiness to be a purely cynical, Scientology-style sham.”
How old is Aaron Rodgers? He just turned 41, so that’s too early for dementia, but maybe the CTE or ayahuasca is kicking in as he sounds a bit insane here.
Aaron, you can’t even lead Gang Green on a game-winning drive against the Dolphins, let alone speak to little green men using green lasers and meditation.
A Sobering Month for Rodgers
It’s a tough month for Rodgers as his Jets are 3-10 with four NFL games left to go, they’ve blown a league-high five leads in the fourth quarter, and they are officially eliminated from the playoffs for the 14th year in a row, a drought he was supposed to end right away.

He has a Netflix docu series airing this month that has received little attention because of how bad the season has gone for the Jets, which was supposed to be his big comeback year to lead this team to the postseason.
Aaron Rodgers’ stats are certainly better than a 3-10 quarterback’s stats should be as he’s reached 20 touchdown passes, but he is averaging a career-low 6.5 yards per pass attempt. Rodgers had his first 300-yard passing game since 2021 on Sunday in Miami, but it wasn’t enough as the Jets lost in overtime.
It’s hard to believe the next regime for the Jets after they find a new head coach and general manager will want to go into another season with a 42-year-old Rodgers in 2025. There’s also not going to be a huge market out there for him as teams may be more interested in the likes of Sam Darnold and Jameis Winston at this point.
If the aliens ever do make contact and ask to meet our leader, I’m sending them to Tom Brady instead of Rodgers.
