Drama, Delivered. 📬
Maybe they should invest in some better paperwork next time…
Let’s talk about Tyrod Taylor and Draya Michele, because this breakup isn’t just messy—it’s popcorn-worthy. First, there’s the eviction drama. Then, there’s the baby with her new 22-year-old NBA boyfriend. And somehow, no one thought to get anything in writing about a $3 million house. It’s like every reality TV trope collided in real life, and honestly, I’m here for it.
No Contract, Just Chaos
Taylor and Michele split in 2023 after three years of dating. During the relationship, Tyrod bought her a house (awww, cute) and allegedly struck a verbal agreement that she’d eventually purchase it for $3.2 million.
Draya claims she sunk $300,000 into renovations and expected to be the official owner one day. Fast-forward to now, and instead of handing over the deed, Taylor’s handing her eviction papers.

What’s wild is there’s no written contract. Yes, they went full “trust me, bro” on a multimillion-dollar deal. Now Draya’s out here saying she never got any eviction notices, and Tyrod’s team is swearing they mailed them.
I mean, do we really think she didn’t get the paperwork, or was it one of those “oh, I’ll deal with that later” situations? With Tyrod Taylor’s net worth being what it is, you’d think there’d be a more professional approach to handling his ex.

Is It About the House or Her New Boo?
Oh, and let’s not forget Draya’s new man, Jalen Green. She’s got a 22-year-old NBA star boyfriend, and they just had a baby earlier this year. Do we think Taylor’s actions are a little fueled by jealousy? Probably. Imagine seeing your ex living her best life with a guy who was in high school when you were already in the league. That’s gotta sting.

It’s not hard to imagine Tyrod Taylor’s girlfriend (ex) situation and her shiny new life being a factor in his decision to move forward with the eviction.
But back to the house drama: while Taylor’s making moves to kick her out, Draya’s fighting to stay. Personally, I think it’s fair for either of them to end up with the place, but if she’s been paying rent and sunk money into renovations, I’d be happier to see her keep it.
Plus, who sends sheriffs to evict someone when they’re not home? It’s giving bitter-ex. It looks like Taylor plays more than just NFL games.
Now that I’ve read some articles, I can understand why Draya is upset because of the oral agreement they had for her to buy his share of the property. Unfortunately, documents were not signed. Therefore, legally the home owner is Tyrod and he has the right to evict her.

Drama on Drama
At the end of the day, this is more than just a legal battle over a house. It’s about hurt feelings, bad decisions, and, honestly, a little entertainment for the rest of us. Whether it’s the NFL news, Draya Michele’s net worth, or her NBA baller baby daddy, this situation is messy, juicy, and impossible to look away from.
Who wins the house? Stay tuned. But let’s just say, I’m rooting for both of them—and maybe they should invest in some better paperwork next time.
