Real Madrid’s Vinicius Jr. Faced Racial Abuse Once Again

Racism is normal in La Liga”, said Vini Jr.

Racism and soccer boast an ugly history together, but here we are in 2023, and these racist motherf–kers still result in racial slurs because their team is sh*t and has won one trophy in the last fifteen years.

Racist Trash

On May 21, a Spanish La Liga fixture between Valencia and Real Madrid occurred at the Mestalla Stadium. Unfortunately, the game was ruined, as monkey chants from the Valencia fan base were aimed at Vinicius Junior – absolutely disgusting.

It isn’t the first time this season that La Liga rumors have been embroiled with racism, and it’s becoming more common in La Liga matches. Still, actions taken by the Spanish courts and La Liga should make it the last – disappointingly, there’s a fat chance of that happening.

F*ck La Liga

How do you tell the world you’re racist without telling the world you’re racist? Well, yeah, let us give a round of applause to the Spanish Court of Appeals and the La Liga officials for delivering a punishment – which was weak in the first place – and then retracting to lesser sanctions.

The league initially handed Valencia a fine of $55,000 and ordered the closure of their Mario Kempes South Stand for five home games. However, the Court of Appeals reduced the fine to $30,000 and the partial stadium closure to three games.

F*ck that, f*ck them, and f*ck racism. I’d personally name and shame the fans involved by exposing their faces on the local news, arrest them, fine them, and have them work for free at black-owned businesses for a month. Then I’d deduct Valencia 10-20 league points, close the stadium to fans for ten home games, and maybe people would realize their behavior is downright appalling.

Dear Valencia CF, La Liga, and the Spanish Court of Appeals can do better, scumbags! Harsh punishments will soon kick this in the bag. I can conjure up a world of punishments for these trash fans insulting players based on their skin color; your ground is filled with cameras; finding the names and faces wouldn’t be difficult, put them on blast, and force people to understand there are consequences for despicable actions. Or at least, make a huge example of someone, and you can guarantee those weak-minded racists will think twice next time.

Honestly, I have never written about La Liga news being so infuriated. It’s deeply saddening and pathetic that we’re still living in a world where racism exists. Those involved are mentally ill and deserve nothing but the worst.

There’s one song I’d like to play on repeat at every La Liga fixture to wake these weak minds up.
