Cheer Captain Vibes 📣🔥

When it comes to Halloween costumes, Reese doesn’t play…

When Angel Reese, the WNBA’s breakout star and self-proclaimed fashion lover, drops a look, everyone pays attention. She showed up in a green and yellow cheerleader outfit that looked suspiciously like a nod to the iconic Bring It On movies, and fans absolutely ate it up.

Whether or not she’s officially repping the cheerleading film, Reese definitely brought some cheer captain energy to social media, reminding us all that she’s not just leading in WNBA games—she’s got Halloween on lock, too.

Bring It On, But Make It Angel

Reese’s Halloween was more than just a costume reveal; it’s another part of her masterclass on social media and WNBA news domination.

After an NBA game between the Chicago Bulls and Orlando Magic, Reese decided to tease the world with a “Happy Halloween Pt 1” post. Not one to be low-key, she dropped the hot cheerleader look, potentially a nod to Bring It On, and fans went wild. Her timeline lit up with reactions that ranged from “Bring it baddies!” to “Pt2 better be a movie.” If there’s a Part 2, I think me and the entirety of the WNBA fans will be there.

She Keeps Winning

2024 has been a defining year for Reese. Apart from Angel Reese’s stats killing it, she’s been keeping everyone on their toes with her fashion moves. Fresh off the hype of appearing with A’ja Wilson on the WSJ Magazine cover and clapping back at critics of her Victoria’s Secret appearance, Reese has shown she’s a fan favorite on and off the court.

And with her recent endorsement deal with Reebok, which includes a sneaker line dropping in 2026, she’s making it clear that Halloween costumes are just one part of her arsenal.

So while WNBA rumors might fly about who’s going where next season, one thing is for sure: when it comes to Halloween costumes, Reese doesn’t play.
