Swapping 3-Pointers for Tee Shots ⛳️
It’s becoming pretty clear that Caitlin Clark is good at whatever she sets her mind to…
WNBA Rookie of the Year Caitlin Clark doesn’t know how to sit still. After an insane rookie season filled with record-breaking moments, she’s taking her skills somewhere new: the golf course.
And in true Caitlin fashion, she’s not just playing a few casual rounds—she’s gearing up to compete in the Annika Pro-Am this November. Because why not tackle another sport while you’re at it?
Had to practice golf photography before shooting a tournament so Caitlin and Lexie graciously let me tag along on the course

Almost a Hole-in-One, Almost…
In recent WNBA news, Clark went viral for coming this close to sinking a hole-in-one. How close? Well, we’ll generously say “inches away,” though the video tells a different story. When the ball didn’t go in, Clark did what any of us would do—fell to the ground in disbelief and asked, “Are we sure it didn’t go in?!”
It didn’t. But she brushed it off, sank her birdie putt, and then, of course, threw some casual trash talk at her Indiana Fever teammate Lexi Hull. “Now the pressure’s on for you,” she said, as if she wasn’t just out there casually dominating a different sport.

Hull missed her putt. And Clark, with the same energy she brings to the WNBA games, ran over laughing. Classic Caitlin.
From Hoops to the Green
This whole golf thing isn’t just a fun offseason hobby for Clark. She’s taking it seriously and preparing for the Annika Pro-Am, where she’ll compete alongside some big names in the sport. It’s no surprise that she’s already showing off her skills. After a stellar season with some insane Caitlin Clark stats, why wouldn’t she bring that same competitive spirit to the golf course?
After winning WNBA Rookie of the Year, Caitlin Clark will play in an LPGA Tour pro-am event ahead of the annual Annika driven by Gainbridge.

It’s becoming pretty clear that Caitlin Clark is good at whatever she sets her mind to. Whether it’s draining threes or getting inches away from hole-in-ones, she’s proving that there really isn’t much she can’t do. The LPGA better watch out—Clark’s coming, and she’s bringing all her trash talk with her.
