1. What is BetUS Rewards?
BetUS Rewards is a multi-tiered
rewards program designed to reward you, the player, for being part of the BetUS
team. For every real-money sportsbook wager you make, you will earn points. As
you acquire points you will progress through the six tiers of BetUS Rewards,
with each tier unlocking more exclusive rewards. The more you play, the more
you will be rewarded!
2. How do I become a member?
New members are automatically enrolled
in the BetUS Rewards Program when their first real-money sportsbook wager is
graded. Membership to the BetUS Rewards
Program may be denied or revoked at any time at the discretion of management.
3. Is there a registration fee?
Never.
4. How do I collect points?
Whenever you place a real-money sportsbook wager, your
account will automatically be credited with the corresponding amount of points.
This is also visible on your betting slip. Please note however, that
pushed or cancelled games, or wagers made with Free Plays will not earn you points.
5. When/why can I lose my status?
After each season your account will be reviewed. If
you did not achieve the minimum Season Points required to maintain your status,
you may lose your status.
6. How long is a Season?
A Season runs from 1 August
of each year to 31 July of the following year.
7. How do I become a Blue or Silver Member?
Every new account that places at least
one eligible real-money sportsbook wager starts out as a Blue Member, but those
who are good at collecting points can bring themselves up to the 5,000 Season
Points needed to achieve Silver status quickly. If you achieve 12,000 Season
Points, you may acquire Gold status. Failure to accumulate the minimum
amount of Season Points for your membership status may result in relegation to
a lower status.
8. What are Lifetime Points?
Lifetime Points represent the total amount of points
you have accrued through all of your real-money sportsbook wagers with BetUS.
9. What are Season Points?
Season Points are the total points you have accrued
from all of your real-money sportsbook wagers during the course of a Season
10. What are Mall Points?
Mall Points are the total points available to you to spend in the
BetUS Mall. Mall Points represent your Lifetime Points including all debits or
credits.
11. Can I redeem my points for anything?
Yes, you can redeem your Mall Points for Freeplays, giving you more betting bang for your buck!
12. Where can I see my points?
Your three point balances are displayed whenever you sign into your
BetUS account and access the My BetUS page. You will also see your point totals
in the Member’s Benefits emails we will be sending you on a regular basis.
13. Where do I get news about BetUS Rewards?
You will receive monthly emails to keep you updated on
everything BetUS Rewards, and to inform you of your current standing in the
program. You can also call your personal account manager at any time and they
will have all the information you will need; and, of course, you can visit your
account anytime at BetUS.com.pa
14. What are the conditions for membership?
Your BetUS account must be in good standing, and
all members must have management approval. Please note however, that your
membership may be revoked at any time at the discretion of management.
15. How quickly are points
credited to my account?
Points will be credited each day following the
settling of each real-money sportsbook wager you make with BetUS.
16. Is there a
specific minimum stake I need to place to collect points?
The minimum sportsbook wager is only $5, via internet, and this will earn you 5 points.
17. How are points awarded?
- Points are awarded after your wagers are graded
- Pushed or cancelled games do not earn points
- Free Play wagers do not earn points
- Bet amounts and points will be rounded down to the nearest whole amount
- Wagering Dollar to points Ratio:
- $1 to $500 = 1 point - One (1) point awarded for every dollar
wagered. If you were to wager $75 you would receive 75 points.
- $501 to $1,000 = .5 points - One (1) point awarded for every two (2)
dollars wagered above $500. If you were to wager $600 you would receive
550 points.
- $1,001+ = .25 points - One (1) point awarded for every four (4) dollars
wagered above $1,000. If you were to wager $1,400 you would receive 850
points.
18. What do I do if I think the My Points balance is incorrect?
Please allow up to 24 hours for your My Points balance to be updated. If, after that time, you feel your balance is still not accurate, contact your Account Manager.
