The 137 Kentucky Derby is just around the corner. May 7, 2011 is the date this year when the best three-year-olds in the world will descend upon Churchill Downs to duke it out under the Twin Spires in what’s considered the most exciting two minutes in sports.

This year’s Derby promises to be even more intense as there doesn’t appear to be a true favorite on this year’s Triple Crown Trail.
