There are few things more exciting in the world of sports betting than adding a few player props to your MLB betting card. They spice up what can be a long MLB season and are a great way to make some extra money if you know where to look.

Today, we’re doing the work for you and present one MLB pick for player props for the Friday night card.

Brandon Drury Over 1.5 Total Bases +120

Los Angeles Angels second baseman Brandon Drury is back in the lineup on Friday after serving a one-game suspension for making contact with an umpire on Monday. The good news is Drury got a day off and will be fresh on Friday to take on the Kansas City Royals and starter Brady Singer.

Drury is having a fantastic season against right-handed pitching with a .261 average, eight home runs and an impressive 35.7% hard contact rate. He has hit safely in four of his last five games, two of which were multi-hit performances. With a recent surge at the plate, the MLB odds for him to touch two bases are very attractive at +120.

Regarding Singer, he has an ERA of 5.58 and got torched in his previous start with six hits and four runs over 4⅓ innings. He walked three batters, which could come into play here. He does not have a very good strikeout rate against righties (19.2%) and is considered a contact pitcher. Singer is a risky start for the Royals, and I like Drury to return to action with a big game.
