The Guardians send Gavin Williams to the hill and the right-hander boasts a 3.46 ERA in three starts with a 1-0 mark. Cleveland owns the pitching edge, is 6-1 in its past seven games and should be a solid pick as an underdog in the MLB live betting.

• Over/Under Pick: Guardians Over 8 runs (-115)
