The Seattle Mariners and the Baltimore Orioles are going to get familiar with one another this week as they face off three times in three days. The Mariners are coming into Tuesday’s game with two wins out of their last three, all against the Houston Astros.
However, they are losers of nine of their last 13 games and have been a terrible option versus the MLB lines of late. As for the Orioles, they cashed as a +150 underdog versus the MLB odds on Monday, dominating the Boston Red Sox.

Seattle is calling on George Kirby to hit the mound vs. the Orioles. Kirby has started in four games this season for Seattle, pitching 20.0 innings. He has an ERA of 4.50, which is a little higher than the team would like.
He has 20 strikeouts versus just two walks, which is a great ratio. However, he has struggled very badly on the road. His ERA dips all the way down to 6.00 away from traveling and he only has four strikeouts in nine innings pitched.
The Seattle Mariners are going to hope that he breaks out of this road slump here. Otherwise, you might consider betting against him in the sportsbook.
Orioles Struggle at Plate

Mariners vs Orioles Prediction
The Mariners are slight favorites. The Orioles are going with right-hander Bryan Baker, who will make his 19th appearance and second start.
Kirby just seems too unpredictable on the road and his inconsistency makes the Mariners hard to trust. On top of that, the Mariners have been a bad bet of late.
Couple that with the Orioles themselves coming off of a 10-0 stomping of the Red Sox on the road and it looks like they have enough momentum to make it two straight wins.
