Our MLB predictions have been consistently successful this season, guiding our audience to significant profits. Our parlay fell short on Wednesday night, but we still have plenty of momentum after cashing in Monday and Tuesday this week. We’re here and ready to continue this momentum with the exciting schedule of MLB games on Thursday.
We’ve meticulously reviewed all the MLB odds and have assembled a three-leg parlay. While you could certainly do a ton of your own research, the beauty is that We’ve already done that legwork for you. Let’s dive into the top MLB bets for Thursday, saving you time and effort.
Best Thursday MLB Parlay Bet
Braves Moneyline vs Rockies
We’re headed to Atlanta for our first pick. Reynaldo Lopez has been a revelation for Atlanta in his first season with the Braves. The 30-year-old right-hander boasts an 8-4 record, 2.00 ERA and 1.17 WHIP in 2024, his first year as a full-time starter since 2020. He had a short stint on the IL but has made three starts since, allowing one earned run in each outing.
We could see some wear as the season progresses, but there is no denying that he has been strong in 2024. Lopez doesn’t have much experience pitching against these Rockies hitters, but I’m still trusting him against the team with the lowest batting average on the road (.219).
Colorado will send 30-year-old Austin Gomber to the rubber on Thursday. Colorado is out of contention and is already looking forward to the offseason. The Rockies own the second-worst record in the entire league (51-89), behind only the White Sox (32-109).

Meanwhile, the Braves are in the thick of the NL wild-card race and hold the third spot. Atlanta has dealt with many injuries that disrupted its season but is still battling with a veteran group. Atlanta currently lacks Ronald Acuna Jr., Ozzie Albies, and Austin Riley. However, a date with Gomber is a juicy matchup for the remaining healthy Braves.

The Braves are tied with the fifth-best wRC+ against left-handers this season. Atlanta is much better at home, with just a .233 batting average on the road compared to .251 at Truist Park. Gomber is in the 8th percentile in xERA and 6th in xBA.
The Braves have some of the most dangerous hitters in MLB against lefties this season, including Marcell Ozuna (.320 vs. LHP), and Jorge Soler has terrific numbers against Gomber (3 for 8, 2 HRs). It’s been a nightmare season for the Rockies, and we can trust the Braves to continue to battle for a wild-card spot.
Bet This Pick: Braves ML (-280) vs Rockies
Phillies Moneyline at Marlins
With our next MLB parlay pick, we’re riding with the Phillies. Philadelphia has won four in a row and heads to South Beach to begin a four-game series with the Marlins. They will send Ranger Suarez to the mound. The 29-year-old left-hander is having the best season of his career, posting an 11-6 record, 3.02 ERA and 1.08 WHIP. He also had a short stint on the IL over the last month with back soreness and has made two starts since returning. He worked his pitch count up to 78 pitches in his last outing, so we can expect him to have a longer leash against the Marlins.
Miami’s offense has struggled all season. The Marlins have been abysmal against southpaws this season. The fish rank 29th in wRC+ and OPS against left-handers and have the third-lowest batting average against lefties (.228). Meanwhile, the Phillies have a terrific matchup to do damage against Adam Oller, who has struggled throughout his MLB career.

Bryce Harper could be out of the lineup after getting hit in the elbow by a pitch on Wednesday, but they have plenty of bats in the lineup to pick up the slack if he sits tonight. Go with Philadelphia at the BetUS Sportsbook!
Bet This Pick: Phillies ML (-230) vs Marlins
Padres SS Xander Bogaerts to Record a Hit
Xander Bogaerts is one of the hottest hitters in the league. Since the break, the Padres have been third in wRC+ and have the second-highest batting average (.273) in baseball. Bogaerts has been red-hot since his return from the IL on July 12, batting .313. He’s flying under the radar with the Friars with the emergence of rookie Jackson Merrill and stars Manny Machado, Luis Arraez and Fernando Tatis Jr. getting the attention.

The Padres will face Casey Mize on Thursday. Mize struggles against Xander, who is 3 for 5 facing him. The Tigers bullpen has been a strength, so we’d like Bogaerts to get this hit early on. He has at least one hit in 32 of 44 games (72%) since returning from the IL. He has two consecutive games without a hit, which is significant because he hasn’t gone hitless in three straight since May 8-11. Bank on Bogaerts!
Bet This Pick: Xander Bogaerts to Get 1+ Hits (-257)
