Our MLB predictions have been consistently successful this season, guiding our audience to significant profits. I’m here and ready to continue this momentum with the exciting schedule of MLB games on Labor Day.
I’ve meticulously reviewed all the MLB odds and have assembled a four-leg parlay. While you could certainly do a ton of your own research, the beauty is that I’ve already done that legwork for you. Let’s dive into the top MLB bets for tonight, saving you time and effort.
4 Best Monday MLB Parlay Bets
1. Padres (-200) vs Tigers
Death, taxes and fading the Detroit Tigers. Detroit has climbed above .500 after the All-Star break and is only five games behind the final AL Wild Card spot, but the Tigers begin a tough three-game set in San Diego tonight. They have won 15 of their last 20 and this is the first time since 2016 that they are above .500 after the All-Star break! Despite this recent success, I’m fading the Tigers against a terrific San Diego squad.
The Padres return home from their East Coast road trip and will look to continue their momentum after taking two of three over the weekend against Tampa Bay. Both teams had to travel on Sunday, and I like the home team’s chance to continue their winning streak in the series opener.
San Diego will send 31-year-old veteran Joe Musgrove to the mound. The righty is coming off two terrific outings and can be trusted tonight against Detroit. The Tigers have had recent success, but their lineup is still 23rd or lower in nearly every offensive category, including wRC+ and batting average.

Meanwhile, the Padres bats have consistently been among the best in the bigs. Since the All-Star break, they have been third in wRC+ and second in batting average (.274). They are the hottest team in the league, with a 28-12 record since the break. Jackson Merrill has climbed to the top of the NL Rookie of the Year odds and has provided an incredible spark to the club.
They are trying to snatch the lead in the NL West from the Dodgers. Detroit has yet to announce a starting pitcher, but I’m willing to trust this lineup. There are even whispers that Fernando Tatis Jr. could make his return from the IL in this series. Ride with the Padres.
2. Astros LF Yordan Alvarez to Record a Hit

With our next two MLB parlay picks, legs, we’re riding with arguably the hottest hitter in the league over the last month. Yordan Alvarez has been on a tear since the All-Star break. Houston has won 18 of its last 25 games and has the best record in the league since May 8, at 63-38! The Astros just swept a hot Royals team, and I expect them to continue to swing the bats well on Monday when they face rookie right-hander Julian Aguiar.
Yordan Alvarez continues to hit the cover off the ball and he will likely stay hot against the rookie, who lefty bats have smashed through his first three starts (.333 AVG, 4 HRs, 33 ABs). Alvarez has at least one hit in 12 of 13 games, including a current nine-game hitting streak!

3. Yankees RF Juan Soto to Record a Hit
We haven’t highlighted Juan Soto a ton this season, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t been an MVP-caliber player. The Yankees will take on the Texas Rangers, who are expected to send out rookie right-hander Jack Leiter. The former No. 2 overall pick has struggled at the major league level across four outings.
MLB news outlets project him as a future front-end rotation arm, but I’ll fade Leiter tonight against a veteran Yankee team that should capitalize early. Leiter has allowed a .412 batting average to lefties across 34 at-bats.
Soto was already going to get paid this winter when he hits free agency, but he has helped increase the incoming bag in his first season in the Bronx. The 25-year-old superstar has a .291 batting average, and he’s done this despite struggling at the dish over the last month. Leiter leans heavily on his four-seamer, and Soto is one of the best in the league jumping on this.
4. Yankees (-177) vs Rangers
This is a same-game parlay inside of our parlay. Not only do I believe Soto can do damage against Leiter, but the entire Yankee lineup can. The Bronx Bombers are in a lull; however, I’ll buy the dip on them tonight as we’re getting a fair number with Gerrit Cole on the mound. The Yankees have been much better against right-handed pitching. They are fourth in batting average (.258) and first in OPS (.774) and wRC+ (123) against righties in 2024.

First baseman Anthony Rizzo returned to the lineup on Sunday after suffering a fractured arm in June. Giancarlo Stanton has also been heating up.

Despite dropping multiple series during this tough stretch, New York has the best record in the AL (79-58). I expect the Yankees to come out motivated to make a statement with Cole on the mound.
Leiter has a bright future in the league but will continue to suffer growing pains. The Yanks will load the lineup with strong lefty bats like Alex Verdugo and Jazz Chisholm Jr. alongside Soto and Rizzo.
We all know what Aaron Judge is capable of, and Anthony Volpe has been heating up, batting .333 over the previous two weeks. I will trust the Bombers. Fire up the Yankees ahead of this exciting series.
