The Phillies are hitting the road to continue their season series with the Rockies – and let’s be real, this isn’t even a contest. Philly’s bats have been on a tear since Opening Day, and the Rockies should consider dropping to collegiate ball with how bad they’ve been playing. Factor in tonight’s pitching matchup, and Philadelphia should have no issues collecting another win. If you want to bet on MLB, lay the runs and ride with Philly’s bats.

Phillies vs Rockies Under 10 Runs

In recent MLB matchups between these teams, the final score has never topped 10 runs. And while the Phillies have the bat power to get there alone, and Colorado’s pitching might just help, I’m still taking the under. Look, this run line feels like a trap. Expect Philly to do damage at the plate again, but don’t count on the Rockies to hold up their end. Fade the MLB futures odds and bet the under.

Do the math – Bohm’s riding a three-game hitting streak and has logged a hit in every matchup against Colorado this year. With Freeland on the mound, how does he not stay hot? Back Bohm to keep cracking against the Rockies staff.

Sure, the Phillies can rack up knocks on their own, but the Rockies? Outside of cheering from the dugout, they haven’t done much. Philly might eat, but not enough to drag the Rockies with them. For my MLB predictions today, I’m backing under 19.5 hits.
