I’m backing the New York Yankees to win at home vs the Boston Red Sox on Saturday, and it starts with starter Ryan Yarbrough. He’s posted a 1.50 ERA in his last three outings and has a WHIP under 1.00 this year. Boston’s offense is solid, but it has struggled vs lefties and hasn’t hit Yarbrough well (.195 average all-time). New York is 21-10 at home, and this matchup sets up as one of my top MLB parlay best bets on the board.

2. Garrett Crochet Over 7.5 Strikeouts (-141)

Boston starter Garrett Crochet has been nasty in 2025, with a 1.98 ERA and 101 strikeouts in 82 innings pitched. He’s struck out at least eight in five of his last six starts. Despite the Yankees’ pop, they strike out a fair amount — 533 times already — and their lefty-heavy lineup plays into Crochet’s strengths. If you’re looking to bet on MLB games with a solid strikeout angle, Crochet’s punchout line is a worthy addition.

3. Aaron Judge to Hit a Home Run (+300)

Aaron Judge is on another planet this season. He is hitting .397 with a .758 SLG and 21 homers already. He has a hit in six straight games, and, while Crochet is elite, Judge is .500 off him with a walk and hasn’t looked overmatched. You’re not going to find many more dependable MLB home run props than this one. In a high-leverage rivalry game, I like Judge to deliver a big fly in the Bronx.

4. Red Sox vs Yankees Over 7.5 Runs (-110)

The Red Sox can score in bunches (303 runs in 64 games), and they’ve scored at least three runs in their last five contests. Meanwhile, the Yankees lead the AL East in runs and power. Yarbrough doesn’t walk many, but he does give up home runs (seven in 41.1 innings pitched). This one has the feel of a 6-5 type game, so I’m adding the over to my MLB expert picks today.
