Top 4 Royals vs Padres Parlay Picks
1. San Diego Padres -1.5 (+144)
Yes, the Padres have been in a funk, dropping six of their last nine, but they’re at home with right-hander Dylan Cease on the mound – and that changes everything. Cease is coming off three straight starts with at least seven strikeouts, and I see him giving the Royals problems at the plate. This game won’t be lopsided, but if you’re looking to bet on MLB games Saturday night, go with San Diego on the runline.
Bet on San Diego Padres -1.5 (+144)
2. Dylan Cease Over 6.5 Strikeouts (-109)
This was a tough call, but for the top of my MLB player prop bets, I’m backing Cease to rack up over 6.5 strikeouts. Sure, the Royals rank second in the league for fewest strikeouts and have been putting the ball in play, but Cease has been on another level lately, recording three straight starts with 7+ strikeouts.
I expect him to stay hot and make it four straight against Kansas City.

3. Royals vs Padres Under 7.5 Runs (-120)
While runs piled up in Friday’s series opener, I’m not buying the over just yet. With Padres’ Cease toeing the rubber after back-to-back starts with 9+ strikeouts, and Royals southpaw Noah Cameron holding a 1.19 ERA over four games, I’m anticipating the pitchers to keep things tight and bottleneck both offenses. For my MLB same game parlay, I’m backing the under, and see the pitchers doing the lifting.
Bet on Royals vs Padres Under 7.5 Runs (-120)
4. Nick Loftin Under 0.5 Hits (-106)
Need a guaranteed lock for your MLB player prop prop picks today? Take Kansas City outfielder Nick Loftin for under 0.5 hits. Loftin hasn’t recorded a hit in four straight games, including Friday’s contest, and now he’s up against Cease, who’s been mowing down hitters with 110 strikeouts this season. Do I think Loftin will break his slump? Sure, eventually. Just not on Saturday night. Back him to go hitless again.
Bet On Nick Loftin Under 0.5 Hits (-106)
