With Tarik Skubal on the mound, who is 6-2 with a 2.16 ERA, they should limit runs given up, and the Orioles don’t have an overly dominant pitcher on the mound in Dean Kremer. It should be around a 5-1 win for the Tigers, which is enough to cover the run line.

2. Dean Kremer Over 2.5 Earned Runs (-124)

Headlining my MLB player prop bets is Orioles pitcher Kremer, who has struggled for most of the year. He has a 5-6 record and a 4.98 ERA, and it’s the home runs and walks that are worrying. He has allowed 10 runs home runs and 19 walks, and he’s averaging over a hit allowed per inning. He’ll be under pressure because Skubal will pitch well and that could lead to giving up a few early runs. My MLB best bets today include Kremer getting lit up and going over 2.5 earned runs.

3. Tigers vs Orioles Under 8 Runs (-105)

The best MLB parlay picks are all about finding value, and under 8 runs is a good line from the sportsbook. It’s one of my top MLB prop picks, and it hinges on Skubal dominating the Orioles lineup for the first two times through. He has 105 strikeouts from 83.1 innings, and he has allowed just six home runs and seven walks. That’s excellent pitching, and although Detroit’s bats could get hot, the game should go under the total. The run total should be around 5-6 runs in Game 2 of the series.
