Yankees vs Red Sox Prediction Today, June 14, 2025
My prediction
-
Yankees -1.5 (-105)
The Red Sox are 4-2 in their six home starts by Hunter Dobbins. Despite allowing two home runs in five innings, he got the win against Carlos Rodon and the Yankees in the series finale at Yankee Stadium last weekend. The Yankees have won four of Rodon’s last five road starts.
After having to deal with Garrett Crochet on Friday, the Yankees should have better luck against Dobbins as they continue to be a strong play in the MLB futures bets.

Even though the Yankees are only batting .500 against the spread as a road favorite this season, take the Bronx Bombers in this one. Check out the MLB moneyline odds as well.
-
Yankees vs Red Sox Over 8.5 (-105)
The Yankees lead all American League teams with an average of 5.3 runs in road games this season. The last time that Rodon and Dobbins were the starting pitchers in this clash of AL East rivals, the teams combined for 18 runs, 22 hits and eight home runs. I’m not expecting that much offense on Saturday, but consider taking the game to land over 8.5 runs when it comes to your MLB game predictions.

-
Aaron Judge 2+ Total Bases (-110)
Even though the Yankees dropped the first series of the season to the Red Sox last weekend, American League MVP front-runner Aaron Judge hit .462 with two home runs, five runs and five RBI in the three games. He added a home run in Friday’s series opener. He is a strong option in the MLB prop picks today.

Judge has at least two total bases in six of his last eight games. He is 10-for-27 with nine runs, a double, four home runs, 10 RBI and six walks in his last seven games at Fenway, so look for Judge to make MLB news today.
Bet On Aaron Judge 2+ Total Bases (-110)

Yankees To Score Last (-117)
Both bullpens struggled in the first series of the season between these teams. That was not the case in the series opener, when they combined to allow just two hits. Go with the -117 odds for the Yankees to score last in Saturday’s MLB matchup.

Yankees vs Red Sox YRFI (+104)
Rodon has allowed just three runs in the first inning in his first 14 starts of the season. He retired the first seven batters he faced before running into trouble when he started against the Red Sox last weekend. Dobbins has surrendered seven hits and five runs in his eight starts.
Only the Colorado Rockies pitching staff has a higher ERA in the first inning this season than the Red Sox. Take a good look at the odds for at least one run to be scored in the first inning when making your MLB expert picks today.
