Logano Riding High
Joey Logano currently sits in sixth place in the NASCAR Cup standings, but he is coming off of a huge win in the most recent race.
He has five top-nine finishes in his last seven races and is moving up in the standings each week. He’s had great starting positions and has capitalized on that.
This week, he’ll be looking to win back-to-back races at the place where he finished fourth last season. Clearly, Logano is on a roll and knows how to handle this track, so I expect him to perform well this weekend at Sonoma (Calif) Raceway.

Elliott Setting Pace
Chase Elliott is leading the 2022 NASCAR Cup standings after finishing fourth in last year’s championship. He has the second-most top-10s this season and has been consistently strong in his last eight races.
He heads into Sunday’s race after placing 11th in the most recent event. Last season, he placed second at the Toyota Save Mart 350 after a very exciting race.
Elliott has shown his skill over the past few years and is becoming a staple of NASCAR with his abilities and charisma.
Larson: Top-Five Machine
Last year, Kyle Larson dominated NASCAR with 10 outright victories and finished the season as the championship leader. He is currently in seventh place in the Cup standings and returns to one of the track where he won last year.
He won a good race in Sonoma last season and is hoping to replicate those results again this year.
Larson has the second most top-fives this season and has shown his skill set is off the charts. He can continue his dominance this weekend with a strong result and is hoping he doesn’t squander good starting positions like he has in some recent races.

Elliott hasn’t won a race in more than a month but has produced five top-10 finishes in his last eight races.
Elliott is the sportsbook favorite to win the Toyota Save Mart 350, but not by much. The NASCAR odds today have Chase Elliott at +650 with Kyle Larson and AJ Allmendinger at +700. Martin Truex Jr. is +800.

NASCAR Toyota Save Mart 350 Betting Prediction
Larson was dominant in 2021 and, despite only having one win this year, has been quite good again. He returns to a race track at which he won last year, and I believe he will replicate those results.
Larson will hopefully secure a good starting position and can pull away with another victory at the Sonoma Raceway. We should be in for an exciting race. If you are going to bet online, take Larson to win!
