  • Ferrari has dominated Singapore, making a double podium finish a strong possibility.
  • Red Bull’s Sergio Perez is primed for a top-six finish despite recent struggles.
  • Our F1 expert picks continue to tout Ferrari with lines found at BetUS Sportsbook.

F1 continued its run of unpredictability as Oscar Piastri won the Azerbaijan Grand Prix. But McLaren can’t rest on its laurels as we head to another street race: the Singapore Grand Prix. While McLaren is favored to win again (-125), we’re doubling down on our earlier F1 pick: a Ferrari victory. Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz Jr. have raced well in this circuit and we expect them to continue.

The most important of today it’s that Carlos and myself are ok after the incident. What a shame to end up such a good race in this way. The car was great all weekend and we were able to fight for the win all the way, specially after the great strategy if It wasn’t because of Lando holding off,” Perez tweeted on his official X account.

Perez came away with zero points. But his improvement can’t be denied and we’re betting online he finishes the job in Singapore.

2 Ways to Bet on Singapore GP: Ferrari and a Red Bull Man

1. Ferrari Should Continue Prolific Run in Singapore

Ferrari has owned the Marina Bay Street Circuit in its last three iterations. Charles Leclerc captured pole position in 2019 and 2022 while Sainz did in 2023. And while Leclerc finished as a runner-up, Sainz won last year. It was also notable as the only win by a non-Red Bull driver. Hence, we’re liking several F1 odds for Ferrari here.

The Italian team is listed at +210 to win qualifying (pole position) and this is not a bad bet to take. McLaren has the faster car but Leclerc and Sainz are better drivers in this circuit. Lando Norris struggled in parts in Baku and the Ferrari outperformed McLaren thanks to all the turns. While the Marina Bay Street Circuit altered the course to allow for more straight-line speed and overtakes, we still give Ferrari the edge.

Bet on Winning Car Qualifying – Ferrari (+210)

With Ferrari gaining pole position, we see either Leclerc or Sainz holding on to win the race. Ferrari is lined at +185 to win the race. Leclerc has a habit of winning pole but giving up his spot and finishing second. Thus, we’d rather bet on a double podium finish for Ferrari at longer odds.

Ferrari has just one double-podium finish this season. Leclerc has been on a tear and has a top-three finish in four straight races. And while Sainz has not had a podium finish in six straight races, he’s consistently been in the running (top six in seven of the last eight). It’s worth a shot.

Bet on Both Cars Podium Finish – Ferrari (+175)

2. Sergio Perez’s Comeback? Bet on It

Leclerc and Sainz are not the only drivers performing well on street circuits. In fact, it wasn’t too long ago when Sergio “Checo” Perez was dubbed the “King of the Streets.” Perez won the Singapore GP in 2022 and also has wins in Jeddah, Monaco, and Baku (twice). And while the Red Bull man has fallen off a cliff this season, he’s due for a comeback.

But we’re not betting on Perez to pull off a shocker here. He’s at 33/1 to win the race and 10/1 to make the podium. The latter is tempting. But we’ll go for a top-six finish for Checo at +110. Perez has shown signs of life and may have had a top-six finish in Baku had it not been for this collision.

Bet on Top 6 Finish – Sergio Perez (+110)

The Best Formula 1 Bet This Weekend? Ferrari Cashes

Leclerc tends to race strong during the qualifying. He’s won three pole positions this year although he’s only won on one of these. Guess that track: the Monaco Grand Prix, a street circuit that is tight, narrow, and difficult to overtake in. We’re banking on something similar happening here with Leclerc capturing pole and going all the way.

But the best F1 bet is to take Ferrari as Sainz will be in the mix as well. Nonetheless, place your wagers on the red team.

Bet on the Singapore GP Winning Car – Ferrari (+185)
