Phoenix Shooting for Series Control
Suns, Warriors Want Streak to End
The Phoenix Suns have lost six consecutive games, so they’re looking to end their losing streak against the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday.
The Warriors are struggling without Steph Curry, coming off consecutive home losses against Detroit and Orlando.

Phoenix won the first two games of the season series, so revenge is on the mind of the Warriors and NBA betting markets have them favored.
Let’s check the latest NBA odds, stats, injury reports, and NBA lines for the Warriors vs Suns. We’ve plenty of NBA betting odds for you to consider.
The Sun Isn’t Shining
It’s not common to see the Suns lose six on the bounce, but injuries have played their part.
Getting Devin Booker back on the court is ideal, but having the likes of Cameron Payne and Cameron Johnson on the sidelines is starting to have a negative impact.
After losing to the likes of the Heat and Cavaliers at home, the Suns are now on the road, which is not an ideal situation considering they’re 6-14 away from home, so there is great cause for concern.
Bettors cashed in early with the Suns, but after failing to cover the sportsbook spread in five of their last six games, bettors have become frustrated.
The biggest concern is their offense, which hasn’t scored over 100 points in their last four games. They scored 83 points in a dreadful 102-83 loss to the New York Knicks and lost 112-98 against the Cavaliers on Sunday.
“We just stayed the course as best we could, then we got into the fourth and we just didn’t have enough to withstand their defensive pressure,”Suns coach Monty Williams said. “They kept us on our heels.”
If the Suns are going to cover the number, scoring over 100 points is a must against the Warriors, who have failed to score over that number only once in their last 10 games.
Warriors Need Bounce Back
After posting five consecutive wins, the Warriors shockingly lost to the Pistons and the Magic.
They were -6½ favorites in both losses, so they need to bounce back and regain bettors’ trust, especially as the Warriors are 18-21-1 ATS.
Losing 115-101 at home to the Magic isn’t excellent form with the Suns approaching, but it came without Curry and Klay Thompson on the floor.
“It got sore during warmups and the training staff looked at him and for precautionary reasons kept him out of the game,” coach Steve Kerr said.
There is some trepidation with NBA odds, especially with the Warriors being 0-2 down against the Suns. They lost the first game 134-105 before losing again 130-119 on Nov. 16, but those losses came on the road.
The Warriors are a different team at home, and despite losing consecutive home games, they are 17-4 at Chase Center.

Suns vs Warriors Head-to-Head
The Suns have won the last three against the Warriors, including a 107-103 win last season.
It’s a 5-5 split ATS, but the Suns are 0-4 ATS in the last four meetings in Golden State, so they don’t play nearly as well on the road.

Suns vs Warriors Betting Lines
Suns vs Warriors Prediction
The Warriors are in a better position to win and have more depth in their lineup, so we’re picking them to cover the spread. Also, losing two straight games at home hurts, so they’ll want to give their home fans something to cheer about.
Backing the Suns riding a six-game losing streak isn’t the best time to wager on them.
Phoenix is listed at +490 in our Vegas NBA lines. This means that if you wager $100 on the Suns, there’s a chance to win $590. Golden State is -700, offering a chance to win $114 on a $100 wager.
The implied probability attached to the betting lines gives Phoenix a 16.95% chance to win, with the Warriors at 87.50%.

Suns vs Warriors Game Summary
Warriors vs Suns Previous Match (Nov. 16, 2022)
One important thing to note is that the Warriors have yet to win a game on the road, going 0-7. Usually, the Suns have been a tough matchup, but with how the teams have been playing recently, this could be a chance for the Warriors to grab that first away win.
It is about what role players step up because we know Booker and Stephen Curry will bring their A-game. But can either team offer help to their star? Recently the Warriors have that edge, especially in Poole, who is starting to heat up.
