Both have been hot lately, especially Durant, who just scored 42. Yes, their defense is a work in progress. But with their offense clicking and homecourt, Milwaukee won’t have an answer. My NBA game predictions? Suns 121, Bucks 115.

I’m taking PF Giannis Antetokounmpo to grab 13+ rebounds for an NBA player prop pick tonight. Phoenix has struggled all season on the glass, and with C Nick Richards coming off a calf injury, this paves the way for Antetokounmpo to increase his NBA awards odds and have another dominant night on the boards. With him coming off a 17-rebound game, count on him to crash and clean up under the rim again.
2. Taurean Prince 3+ Threes (+165)
Lock in SF Taurean Prince to knock down 3+ 3-pointers for my next NBA player prop. Look, we know he’s not exactly an ‘elite’ player, but he’s been the best shooter for this Bucks team, hitting 7-of-15 in his last five games. Having that said, I like his chances to keep that going against the Suns, who have been as shaky on the perimeter as a tower of Jenga blocks.
3. Kevin Durant Under 2.5 Threes (-121)
Hands down, Durant has been leading the charge for Phoenix, and after dropping 42 points, he’ll be looking to keep it rolling against the Bucks. But I’m banking on him to finish under 2.5 threes. Sure, he hit 4-of-9 last game, but the 3-point line isn’t his game. Durant thrives in the mid-range and works his way inside. Expect a couple of triples, but bet online for no more than two in this matchup.

Phoenix shocked everyone with a big win over the Cavaliers, reminding us of the potential they showed earlier this season. While I wouldn’t call it a wake-up call, they’ve clearly found another gear, and that could catch the Bucks off guard. Phoenix’s defense will have its hands full trying to contain Antetokounmpo, but their late-game offense should make up for it and give them the edge. Take the Suns on the moneyline.

While this is one of the more noticeable NBA matchups this week, I’m siding with Phoenix to cover at home outright. Look, with Milwaukee down Lillard, that’s one less scoring threat for the Suns to worry about, and they can put all of their attention on Antetokounmpo. Plus, their offense has been rolling, and I don’t see the Bucks having an answer for Durant and Booker. Take the Suns laying the points.

With Lillard sidelined, most expect this to be a lower-scoring game, but for my NBA picks, I’m taking the over 224. Think about it – Phoenix has had defensive issues all season, so the Bucks should still get theirs, even without Lillard. This has all the makings of an offense-heavy showdown, and I don’t see it staying under that total.
