Bulls vs Raptors Parlay Picks: ATS and Prop Bet for Dec 16
1. Toronto Raptors ATS +1.5
The Bulls are limping their way into Scotiabank Arena, and the Raptors at home are not a team you mess with lightly. So, with those factors in mind, I’m taking the Toronto Raptors to handle business against Chicago.
Chicago might be without SG Zach LaVine (per updated Bulls vs Raptors injuries) (21.7 points per game), who’s dealing with back spasms, and C Nikola Vucevic isn’t a sure thing to play either. Losing your two offensive leaders doesn’t exactly scream “We’re ready to compete,” especially for a team that already can’t stop a nosebleed, ranking 29th in the league in defense, giving up a brutal 121.9 points per game.
Meanwhile, Toronto’s had three days to rest after a tough 104-114 loss to Miami, and they’re ready to bounce back. SG RJ Barrett is still leading the team with 23.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 6 assists per game. G Grady Dick is back in action, contributing 18 points per game, and let’s not forget their rock in the paint, C Jakob Poeltl, who’s averaging a clean double-double with 15.9 points and 11.3 boards.

Not to mention, when the Toronto Raptors are coming off a loss, they cover the spread 77.8% of the time, now sitting at 14-4 against the spread in those situations. So, I’d say the odds are likely, wouldn’t you?

2. Raptors SG RJ Barrett to Score 24+ Points (-189)
While this looks like Toronto’s game for the taking, I’m also counting on SG RJ Barrett to have a big offensive night, finishing with more than 24 points.
You can’t be surprised by my NBA player prop pick this time around. Sure, Barrett is coming off a triple-double performance in the team’s last matchup against the Miami Heat, but he only managed 13 points.

Now, the Raptors get to fly home, where Barrett has been an absolute problem, averaging 27.9 points per game. Add in the fact they’re up against a defensively awful Chicago Bulls team – one that could be missing their two scoring leaders – and the writing is on the wall for Barrett to explode. Look for him to bounce back and put together an offensive performance we haven’t seen in a while.
Bet on RJ Barrett to Score 24+ Points (-189)
