Give credit where it’s due. The Cleveland Cavaliers made a statement by blowing out the Indiana Pacers in Game 3 to get back in their Eastern Conference semifinal series on Friday night. Cleveland proved the NBA lines correct and now enters Game 4 as a betting favorite again. With a healthy lineup, the Cavs looked much better in Game 3, but we expect Indiana to bounce back on Sunday, as it should look more like the team that won the first two games.

Cavaliers vs Pacers Semifinals Prediction
This has been a high-octane series regardless of which team has come out on top. We don’t see that changing unless NBA betting news reports on significant injuries. At least one team has hit the 120-point mark in each game. Even though we don’t expect either team to do so here, we’ll see a more competitive matchup, which should go Indiana’s way this time.

Cavaliers vs Pacers Best NBA Player Props Today
-
Pacers C Myles Turner 2+ Blocks (-334)
Myles Turner will continue to swat shots for the Pacers in Game 4. He’s got a solid NBA prop betting line on his blocks here. Turner is averaging 2.6 blocks per game in the playoffs and has swatted at least two shots in all but two games this postseason. This is a bit steamed but still worth wagering.
-
Cavaliers G Donovan Mitchell Under 29.5 Points (-103)
Can the Pacers slow Donovan Mitchell down? We’ll vote yes with our money. Mitchell has back-to-back 40-point outings and is averaging a ridiculous 36.2 points when he plays 30+ minutes. But this feels unsustainable, and he could regress as awfully as Tyrese Haliburton did in Game 3.

Pacers G Tyrese Haliburton Over 31.5 Pts+Reb+Ast (-115)
Haliburton was a complete no-show in Game 3, finishing with just four points as Indiana didn’t stand a chance. But we expect him to bounce back with a vengeance and go over his combo as one of our NBA prop picks. He’s averaged 18.4 points, 10.7 assists, and 6.3 rebounds before that ugly performance.

Cavaliers vs Pacers Moneyline Pick
Talks of Cleveland’s demise were greatly exaggerated. But we can’t lay -205 on Cleveland, especially with how well Indiana has been playing. Rebounding will be a crucial factor. But Indiana matches Cleveland in most other aspects. The Pacers remain a nice underdog for NBA futures odds and Game 4.
Cavaliers vs Pacers Spread Pick
The Pacers remain our choice for NBA picks and spreads. Haliburton will not be MIA again, and we expect Indiana to put up more resistance. The Cavaliers racked up 56 rebounds with 18 on the offensive glass in Game 3. That should change even with Evan Mobley potentially playing. Indiana held Cleveland to just 30% from deep. It’s still the better team to back.
Cavaliers vs Pacers Over/Under Pick
It seems unlikely for these teams to keep up the scoring. While we still envision a high-scoring battle, a total of 231 is too much. Yes, these teams play at a rapid pace, and Indiana’s defense can be a sieve sometimes. But the under is 21-18-1 when Indiana’s game totals are set in the 230s. The last game went under, and it will here. Make sure to bet online on the under.
