Friday NBA Picks and Parlays: Take Cavaliers, Bucks

Every night, the NBA allows us to string together multiple bets for a big win. Friday is another great opportunity, with 10 games scheduled to tip-off. I’m going to use a combination of NBA ATS picks and NBA player props to build our parlay bet.

Last night, our parlay came up one leg short after we cashed on both the Warriors moneyline and a Nikola Jokic triple-double. I want to bounce back tonight and kick off our weekend with a bang!

With so many games to break down and select our picks from, I’m loading up a three-leg parlay. You can always do a ton of your own research, but the trick is I’ve already done that work for you. Let’s get into the best NBA parlay picks for Friday night!

Friday NBA Parlay Picks

1. Milwaukee Bucks +4 vs Minnesota Timberwolves

This is going to be an extremely unpopular bet, as the Bucks have been struggling of late. The Timberwolves won four straight entering the All-Star break, and the Bucks dropped five of their last seven, including one against Minnesota. On the surface, that loss was terrible, 129-105 on their home floor, but the Bucks were shorthanded. They essentially played without a point guard that night.

I expect the Bucks to turn things around here with just 26 regular-season games remaining. Damian Lillard had a historic All-Star break, becoming the first player since Michael Jordan to take home multiple trophies at an All-Star weekend. This can hopefully boost his confidence and get the Bucks rolling for the final two months. No one is going to like this, but to make the best NBA parlay today, you should back the Bucks.

2. Cleveland Cavaliers -4½ vs Philadelphia 76ers

The other NBA spread bet I’m loving tonight is the Cavaliers on the road against the 76ers. Both sides are coming off losses on Thursday, but Cleveland was without Donovan Mitchell. He’s expected to be a full-go tonight against Philly. Cleveland has quietly snuck into the second spot in the Eastern Conference standings. The Cavs have gone 18-4 since the start of January, and one of those losses came against the 76ers.

Cleveland has revenge on their minds, and Philadelphia remains without Joel Embiid. The duo of Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley in the frontcourt will be enough to control the paint tonight. The Sixers are just 6-15 this season without Embiid. Their Net Rating plummets from +8.7 with Embiid on the floor to just +0.5 without him. I don’t expect things to get better tonight. These teams are trending in opposite directions right now, and I’m riding with the Cavs to get the job done.

3. LeBron James Double-Double – YES (+150)

The Lakers are expected to have LeBron James back on the floor tonight after he sat in Thursday night’s loss against Golden State. Los Angeles hosts the Spurs and is desperate to get back in the win column. The Lakers will try to claw their way into the top six spots in the Western Conference standings over their final 25 games. It’s a tall task right now, but if they want to make it happen, they must show up and dominate teams like the Spurs tonight in their own house.

King James has recorded a double-double in three straight matchups with San Antonio and in 10 of 15 head-to-heads since joining the purple and gold. The four-time MVP can notch a double-double in multiple ways with either rebounds or assists tonight. The Spurs have allowed the fourth-most rebounds per game (54.1) and the fifth-most assists per game (28.3).

The Lakers’ next two matchups are against the Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Clippers on the road, so I expect them not to mess around tonight. We need something to get this parlay to have spicier odds, and I’m willing to trust the greatest player of this generation to do so!
