Friday’s March 29 NBA ATS Parlay + Player Props Shooting for the Bank

It’s been another profitable week of NBA predictions, and I’m back looking to close it out with a bang. With just over two weeks left to go, it’s becoming much easier to distinguish between the contenders and pretenders. We’ve cashed in nearly half of our parlays in March, and I’m eager to win big again with these NBA bets.

One of the best ways to spice things up when wagering on the NBA is with an NBA parlay bet for all of the action. Twelve games are scheduled to tip off Friday night, and I’m going to build our parlay bet using a combination of NBA ATS picks and NBA player props.

With so many games to break down and select our picks from, I’m loading up a three-leg parlay. Let’s get into our best NBA predictions on Friday.

Friday NBA Parlay Picks

1. NBA Parlay Pick: Pistons C Jalen Duren to Record a Double-Double (-228)

There’s no reason to stop counting on Jalen Duren. He has been an elite center this season for Detroit and is arguably the most trustworthy leg for an NBA parlay. This has undoubtedly been one of my top NBA bets online this season. Duren has been a beast, averaging a double-double with 13.8 points and 11.9 rebounds. The second-year center for the Pistons is quietly enjoying a breakout season. He has a double-double in 40 of 54 starts — a 74% hit rate. The 20-year-old center from Memphis faces a mouth-watering matchup tonight in the Washington Wizards.

It’s not often the Detroit Pistons have winnable games on their schedule, but this is one of them. The Wizards give up the most points and rebounds per game to opposing centers. Duren has a double-double in all three meetings with Washington this season. We can fire him up again tonight with confidence for the first leg of our parlay.

2. NBA Parlay Pick: Cavaliers C Jarrett Allen to Record a Double-Double (-239)

We’re looking to another center with another advantageous matchup on Friday night. Jarrett Allen is one of the most underrated players in the NBA and should smash again tonight. The Charlotte Hornets allow the second-most rebounds to centers behind the Wizards. Charlotte is also allowing the fourth-most points to opposing centers.

Philadelphia is giving up the eighth-most points per game to opposing centers, and that number continues to climb every night without Embiid to protect the paint. The 76ers are getting bullied near the rim. Without Joel Embiid, the 76ers lack the interior size and strength to defend someone like Allen. Since the start of February, when Joel Embiid went down, the Sixers have allowed the fifth-most rebounds per game. In the previous meeting without Embiid, Allen finished with 24 points and 9 rebounds. Allen has a double-double in 36 of 66 healthy games (54.5%). Allen has scored in double digits in 61 of 68 games. This could get sweaty, but I’m confident he will get this done for us tonight.

3. NBA Parlay Pick: Chicago Bulls -4 vs Brooklyn Nets

The Chicago Bulls kick off a quick two-game road trip tonight in New York to battle the Brooklyn Nets. Chicago dropped the first two games this season against Brooklyn, and I expect them to be out for some revenge tonight. The Bulls are at risk of slipping below the Hawks and into the 10-seed in the standings, and they have the Minnesota Timberwolves on deck. Chicago knows they have to come out with intensity tonight against the Nets.

Brooklyn has mailed in the season and is returning home after a tough four-game road trip. Brooklyn went into overtime against the Wizards on Wednesday night, making this a spot I’ll fade a team every time. The Bulls are 6-3 ATS as a road favorite, and I expect them to come to play tonight.

4. NBA Parlay Pick: Phoenix Suns ML (-130) vs Oklahoma City Thunder

This NBA bet is key to one thing: Shai-Gilgeous Alexander’s availability. The Oklahoma City Thunder have listed their MVP candidate as doubtful ahead of tonight’s matchup with the Suns. He sat out the Thunders’ previous game on Wednesday, and OKC lost 132-126 in overtime to the Houston Rockets. As long as SGA sits again, add this leg!

The Phoenix Suns are determined to prove their doubters wrong. They currently sit a half-game back from the six-seed in the standings, which would get them out of the Play-In. The trio of Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal is gelling at the right time. Phoenix is coming off a massive win in Denver against the defending champs and now faces a vulnerable Thunder team. The Suns are 14-9 straight up as a road favorite, and the Thunder are just 2-3 as a home dog. Trust the Suns tonight if Gilgeous Alexander is ruled out.
