Boston Looking to Keep Series Alive
NBA betting prop markets are available for Game 5 between the Miami Heat and Boston Celtics on Thursday, as the home team looks to keep the series alive.
The Celtics showed up in Game 4 and it was Jayson Tatum doing most of the damage. Can the Celtics star show up again?
The sportsbook has the Celtics at -8 and there is plenty of value to be snapped up with prop betting markets.

NBA lines aren’t giving Caleb Martin much respect despite having a big Eastern Conference Finals.
The undrafted 27-year-old has been the second-best player for the Heat behind Jimmy Butler, after posting totals of 25, 18 and 16 points from the last three games.
However, despite these totals, sport betting markets have Martin at 18½ for points, rebounds and assists. That’s a value line for an in-form player who has hit that number throughout the series.
“Everybody’s got a game plan and a scheme to follow,” Martin said. “When you have guys as good as Jimmy and Bam Adebayo, those guys draw so much attention. You kind of have to pick your poison, and I’m on the short end of the stick with that.
“That’s just me doing my job, which is creating space and making things easier on our main guys.”
Playing in Boston hasn’t worried him yet, so lock him in as the best bet of Game 5.
Tatum to Cool Off
“As cliché as it sounds…we just try to take it one game at a time.”

There is a fair amount of pressure on Tatum to return to Boston and show up with the goods.
The Celtics’ superstar scored 33 points with 11 rebounds and seven assists in Game 4, but we can’t see him repeating that effort at TD Garden.
NBA lines have Tatum at 46½ for points, rebounds, and assists, which is a big number to cover. He scored 45 the last time he played in Boston, which is close to the number.
However, for the Celtics to win, we think the supporting players need to have a bigger role. That could see Tatum take a backward step, so we’re happy to lock in the under.

There could be value odds for the Heat with NBA live betting markets.
They are already the underdogs for Game 5, so if they get off to a bad start, online gambling markets will move their line to double figures.
There isn’t much confidence with the Heat following their first loss of the Eastern Conference finals, but they have been the better team so far.
“If anything, it will build momentum for us knowing that we have to play with a lot more energy,” Butler said. “We’ve got to play like our backs are against the wall. But I think all year long, we’ve been better when we’ve had to do things the hard way.”
We love that attitude for Butler, and bookmakers have overrated. We believe the best team will win, and the best team is Miami.
Therefore, it could pay to take them throughout the game with live betting markets. Even if they start well and have a first-quarter lead, they could still be around +120.
