The New York Knicks are the favorite in the NBA odds tonight as they try to end the Eastern Conference first-round series against the visiting Detroit Pistons.

The Knicks won the last two games in Detroit by a total of three points and have an abundance of players who could make solid NBA prop bets today. The Pistons won Game 2 in New York and can match that if they produce their A Game.

There are plenty of options in what could be the final game of the series at a raucous Madison Square Garden, so look for the best NBA parlay odds. We have some ideas.

New York managed just 94 points each in Games 2 and 4, but they have enough offensive talent to get in the 120s like Game 1. We expect this game to open up a bit, and it will depend on how many of the supporting players step up alongside Towns and Brunson. OG Anunoby is due for another big game, and Mikal Bridges will have opportunities for the Knicks. This should be an anchor to your NBA parlay picks.

Leg 4: Both Teams Score 100+ Points (-139)

The NBA prop odds are not too bad for this one, and we expect both teams to put their best foot forward offensively. Cade Cunningham has been outstanding in the series for Detroit (25.8 ppg), while veterans Tobias Harris and Tim Hardaway Jr. have done their part. Expect the Pistons to get over the century mark with time to spare in the fourth. If you want better odds, it would not be a shock if they both topped 110 points (+369).
