First off, Los Angeles might be on a hot streak at home, but I’m not buying the hype. Sure, Detroit doesn’t have the star power like the Lakers, yet they still managed to handle L.A. by double digits just a month ago.

PG Cade Cunningham has been leading the charge for Detroit, averaging 24.0 points, and 9.7 assists per outing. PG Jaden Ivey is not far behind, dropping in 17.4 points per game, and let’s not forget C Jalen Duren, who’s flirting with a double-double with 9.2 points and 9.2 rebounds per game.
