Tuesday Parlay: Include Magic, Pelicans in Top NBA Picks

The NBA season is currently front and center in the sports world. One of the best ways to spice things up is with an NBA parlay bet for all of the action on the hardwood.

The NBA allows us to string together multiple bets for a big win. Tuesday is ideal because of the 11 games scheduled to tip off. I’m going to use a combination of NBA ATS picks and NBA player props to build our parlay bet.

With so many games to break down and select our picks from, I’m loading up a four-leg parlay. You can always do a ton of your own research, but the trick is I’ve already done that work for you. Let’s get into the best NBA expert picks for Tuesday!

Tuesday NBA Parlay Picks

1. NBA Parlay Pick: Magic -9 vs Nets

This isn’t the best end of the line after the Orlando Magic opened up as 7-point favorites, but I’m still willing to back the Magic at this number. I’d be weary if this were at double-digits. The Magic are the second-best team against the spread (ATS) this season, behind only the Thunder.

Orlando has gone 37-21 ATS, covering in 63.8% of games. As a home favorite, they are 10-3 ATS. Brooklyn is on the second night of a back-to-back, and they are coming off a dominant win against the Grizzlies team. Ben Simmons will likely sit this one out, and Cam Thomas injured his ankle last night. The Nets have defeated the Magic twice this season, so it’s a double revenge spot for Orlando, who is trying to make the playoffs.

This is the final stop of a five-game road trip for the Nets and their third game in four nights, which is a great spot to fade a team!

2. NBA Parlay Pick: Pelicans -3½ vs Knicks

I’m fading the Knicks at home on the second night of a back-to-back against the Pelicans. New York should have lost the game on Monday outright to the Pistons, but some missed calls by the referees helped them hold off Detroit. I like fading a team in the NBA after the referees admitted to making mistakes that helped one side get the win, which is precisely what occurred last night in MSG.

The Knicks are 1-4 ATS over their last five games, as injuries are clearly starting to catch up to them. The Pelicans are tied as the fifth-best team ATS this season at 31-26-1. New Orleans is coming off of two straight losses and is 14-8-1 ATS following a loss, good for third-best in the NBA. The Knickerbockers are just 4-6 in NBA ATS bets on the second night of back-to-back.

The Pelicans are on the front end of a back-to-back, so there could be some funny business on the injury report. I expect them to have Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram in the lineup tonight. That duo should be able to get whatever they want against the Knicks’ depleted interior defense.

3. NBA Parlay Pick: John Collins to Record a Double-Double (+125)

John Collins will play in his first game back in Atlanta since being traded last summer to the Utah Jazz. Collins has begun to establish himself alongside Lauri Markkanen and has 18 double-doubles in 52 starts. Collins is averaging a double-double in February, recording one in four of nine games this month.

The Hawks’ interior defense is terrible, allowing the third-most points in the paint per game (55.8 ppg), which will allow Collins to get to the rim for easy buckets. Atlanta also allows the ninth-most rebounds per game overall. The revenge narrative is always fun, but this also makes sense from a matchup standpoint, and Collins is a great option for a player prop bet to add to your parlay tonight.

4. NBA Parlay Pick: Dejounte Murray to Record a Double-Double (+102)

I’m staying in the same game and rolling with another player to record a double-double. Dejounte Murray is set up to shoulder the load for the Hawks with Trae Young out for at least the next four weeks. In six games without Young this season, Murray has a double-double in four and came up one assist shy of a fifth. The Utah Jazz allow the second-most assists per game (29.6) and are the only team allowing double-digit assists per game to opposing point guards (10.69)!
