Odds Tight for Elimination Game
The Golden State Warriors are one win away from returning to the NBA Finals, and the NBA championship odds are giving them close to a 50 percent shot at sweeping the Dallas Mavericks. After shutting down Dallas in Game 3 for a commanding 3-0 series lead, Golden State can end things in their return to the American Airlines Center, especially if the Mavericks have nothing left in the tank.
Let’s check the latest NBA picks, stats, injury reports, and NBA odds for Warriors vs Mavericks. We’ve plenty of NBA playoffs odds for you to consider.
Doncic: One-Man Show
Luka Doncic has done everything he can these past two games. He’s put up 40-plus in each and it was all for naught as some of his teammates could not even get on the scoreboard. Dallas scored just 100 points in 40 percent shooting for Game 3. All but 14 points came from the hands of three players: Doncic, Jalen Brunson and Spencer Dinwiddie.
The rest of the team shot 5 of 27 from the field. Reggie Bullock and Maxi Kleber went scoreless, missing all 15 of their combined attempts. With Dallas bricking plenty of open opportunities, it still managed to come within five points of the final minute of Game 3.
Doncic has received plenty of comparisons to LeBron James and it’s for good and bad reasons. On one hand, Doncic has been nigh-unstoppable as he has now put up eight 40-point outings in 26 career playoff games. On the other, he is 2-6 in these games as his team has often let him down.
Warriors’ Secret Weapon
His name is Andrew Wiggins. The former first overall pick continues to have a career season as he’s following up his first All-Star selection with a tremendous job in this series. Wiggins put up a playoff career-high of 27 points and added 11 boards as he helped hold Doncic and the Mavericks down.
Now, Doncic going off for 40 may not seem like such a stellar job from Wiggins. But the Warriors were beating up the Mavericks in minutes where Wiggins was on the floor. In fact, Wiggins has had a positive plus-minus in all but four games in the playoffs.

The swingman’s versatility gives Golden State plenty of options on both ends of the floor. His role may be similar to that of Harrison Barnes’ from the team’s 2015 run. If you’re betting online on Golden State, you will need Wiggins to continue with these inspired performances.
Warriors vs Mavericks Head-to-Head
The Golden State Warriors have won all three playoff games against the Dallas Mavericks and yet their last 10 games are tied at 5-5. Dallas won the regular-season series 3-1. The Warriors are 4-2 against the spread (ATS) in their last six games against Dallas.

Warriors vs Mavericks Prediction
We picked the Dallas Mavericks to act with more desperation in Game 3 and it didn’t translate to a win. Dallas appears to be broken mentally judging by their body language at the end of the game. But we can expect Doncic to have another herculean performance as his team shoots better than 28.9 percent from deep this time.
Dallas still has one of the most potent defenses in the NBA lines and it is bound to clamp down on Stephen Curry at some point. With their season on the line, bet on the Mavericks on the sportsbook to finally beat the Warriors.
Pick: Dallas Mavericks -1
